There was a narrow timeframe in which to do the work and this was met (despite more effort than first thought with respect to strengthening the floor). We hired Nick initially for what I thought was a small bathroom job which turned out to be a bigger problem. Nick was very helpful in explaining our options and professional to the end. Excellent at communicating with us all the time, returning calls, texts and emails promptly. Regrettably we did not proceed with booking Nick for the job as we ended up going through a friend of our neighbour but I have no doubt that if we had booked Nick he would have carried out the work with a high degree of expertise and professionalism. Nick came across to me as someone to be trusted with a lot of experience and who does not cut corners with his work. I would highly recommend him.
