Gianni and his friend did an amazing job on our garden grass and planter. They came to see the garden before providing us with the quote. They were very professional, punctual thorough and quick. We are very happy with the work from CSV Building Services. They took on a challenging job in relatively cramped conditions: removing a shower enclosure and tray, building a new base beneath, and reinstalling enclosure and tray. They also put in a new bath with frame, and replaced the flooring with LVT. They had both the knowledge and skills in plumbing and building work to do a high quality job and adapt to different circumstances. The work was fairly priced and Keren provided a helpful itemised breakdown in the quote. Keren and Veena were friendly, professional and very tidy, leaving the working area and surrounds clean each day.

I hired Vasile and his team to initially refit my bathroom but after meeting him decided to hire him to complete a number of projects including installing a built in bookcase into a wall, decorating 2 bedrooms, hallway and removing built in wardrobes. I can not recommend Vasile and his team enough! Vasile is trustworthy, honest and worked within my budget. He offers incredible design advice and the workmanship is of such a high quality. They were always clean, punchual and completed the jobs on time and under budget! This is the first time I have used Mybuilder and did so because I got tired of getting messed around by contractors. I decided to use Vasile after I read the reviews here and I am really happy with the work. Vasile will be refitting my downstairs WC and kitchen later this year. I would highly recommend his services and professionalism.

Could not recommend more highly, the best client service and product I have ever received. This is a father and son team who absolutely shattered expectations - we genuinely consider ourselves so lucky to have found David and his father and couldn't be happier with their service. On the first meeting their expertise was immediately obvious, with just a single walk through of the property being enough for them to identify what we needed and pick up on details that only comes from years and years of practical experience. That set the tone for rest of the relationship, with there being so many instances of them going out of there way with no other intention than to provide the best client outcome possible. Here are just a few examples that show their genuine client care and professionalism: - David was constantly available on WhatsApp or the phone to answer questions or provide advice with almost instant responses. I don't think I've ever experienced better client service in any context. - David and his dad personally ran around London for days trying to find replacement doors that fit the frames, picked up paints from the store, found and purchased appropriate fittings like door stops, light switch covers etc. - these small things were taken care of us with just us needing to approve options they found in store. It was a massive time and stress saver for us. - we were doing this on the fly so evolved our requirements almost constantly throughout the project - these were always accommodated and not only that, with such a positive and helpful attitude that it made our lives so much easier - when retiling the bathroom they informed me they would have to take the cabinets out to tile underneath - I suggested they could tile around it but insisted that it should be done in case we ever wanted to replace the cabinet. They did this at no extra cost to ourselves, just extra work for them which underscores their professionalism. - they gave proactive advice on so many aspects of the project, including the most appropriate paints and floor varnishes, proactively identifying design faults that we were not aware of and remediating them (e.g. very oddly placed light switches), identified a pretty shoddy job of repairing a leak in the loft and future proofed it for us which is again something we would never have been aware of until another leak occurred, they even proactively put a small sliding door into the bathtub panelling (no extra cost) to ensure any future plumbing issues could easily be investigated. - they were unbelievably clean which was such a nice bonus - the property was immaculate at the end of every day, and for me that showed a level of respect for clients and the property that is so hard to find. - measurements - they took care of all of these for us , including tile measurements, blinds, garden edging etc. - it was such a luxury to be able to just be told how much of each needed to be ordered and they were 100% accurate - again such a time and stress saver for us. These are just some examples of our experience, I can honestly say that this is the lever of service we received throughout. With such an amazing service you might think that they would have charged a premium. This was not the case, in fact the opposite, I could easily see another contractor charge 2-3 times what we paid, and it is particularly impressive when you consider the flawless finishing and breadth of work they undertook - the whole house repainted (walls, ceilings, cabinets), the flooring sanded and revarnished plus carpet upstairs taken out and floorboards repaired, painted and varnished, garden landscaped, bathrooms retiling, fireplace retailing, toilets replaced, light switches rewired etc - it was a full makeover. They also achieved all this in 2 weeks - that is no mean feat but is even more impressive when you consider that our requirements were constantly evolving - they took all in their stride and just replanned sequencing of activities to accommodate us. We have since passed David's details onto no less than 5 friends who have all been absolutely delighted, so we've put our recommendation into practice!

Sean is excellent at any kind of plumbing. He fitted a downstairs shower and toilet for me in a very tight space, and did a brilliant job. The tiling is beautiful, he does everything with attention to detail and care about the finish, and came back several times, to complete the last details, He is very easy going, and polite, and check with you before doing anything. I appreciated his serious approach towards COVID, he wears his mask and shows consideration. He left the place clean every day and helped with the buying of materials. I would 100 per cent recommend Sean as a brilliant all round builder and plumber and will definitely be using him again for future jobs. Thank you Sean

We are SO happy with our new bathroom - Milo and his team did a fantastic job. From coming round to quote through to final snagging, Milo always kept us informed of what was happening, and was punctual and very neat and tidy in his work. He and Graham have great attention to detail and pride in their job, and didn't complete our new bathroom until they were 100% happy with the finished product. The work was done in the exact timeframe they initially quoted, and the brand new bathroom is even better than we'd hoped - we're thrilled with the quality of work. After a rogue builder left me with 18 (eighteen) structural issues. Lez and his crew came in transformed my failed extension into a masterpiece. All aspects of the job was done to the highest quality and utmost care and attention to detail was shown to building control needs. They cleaned up after every day and made sure the house was habitable, as I had to live there. Every aspect of the build, from the carpentry, plastering and tiling was first class and their recommend electrician and plumbers were from the same stock. Total professionals. My only regret is that I did not use this builder the first time. The prices were reasonable and even building control had good word to say about their work. Thanks Lez

We were absolutely delighted with Lino and his services. He was incredibly patient , as our flat purchase was delayed. We required a total gutting off our flat, with new kitchen and bathroom, new flooring, painting, and all the rest. He had great communication throughout. He showed up on time with his team each day , and was so professional throughout. We went to Lino for advice throughout the process. He never said any of our plans were not possible- he always either said yes, or provided another option. This was such a great help. I would recommend Lino to anyone. A highly positive experience throughout from the initial visit by Paul who took on board our requirements & gave us some great ideas to improve what we looking for.
