friendly , engaging and reassuring in promising a high standard job which he would rechecked even weeks after completing with a comeback visit. Initially happy with work but within a short time , water appeared between tiles by toilet. I called Danny back , who said it was condensation and needy a jacket to be ordered . Concerned he was wrong I managed the following day to video the actual fault showing flushed water leaking at the join when flushed . Danny returned and seeing video made what i thought was to be a repair , within three weeks a smell and water appearing between tiles occur again.On checking I saw a hand towel folded under still untouched leak. Immediately texted , phoned , emailed and sent letters with no response , so had no choice but to contact emergency plumber at cost of £118 to do a basic standard plumbing job of sealing joint between waste pipe and toilet. I left a critical review on google requesting he contacted me , which he eventually did by promising to phone , needless to say no phone call .I have now tried to get explanation by taking legal action , a ccj has been ignored . I suppose as a pensioner on oxygen 24/7 with incurable lung condition i'm open to be taken advantage of . As a tiler his work is excellent , as a plumber he is less than adequate , but worse of all he turns out to be the cowboy trader he says he is not , maybe he'll let me know why he was not capable of doing a basic plumbing repair .

Mariusz from Zawada Tiles bid on my job I had posted on MyBuilders to fully refurbish my bathroom on first floor. the job included taking off the whole old bathroom (full bathroom suite, all tiles, ceiling, radiator floor, door) and to reinstall the whole bathroom. the job also included some electric work for new lights and also some building work to install a wall extractor fan. Mariusz (along with his coworker) took 9 working days and did his work in a very professional manner. He used to clean all mess before end of each day. his work was very clean, to the point, as I wished for. The new bathroom literally looks amazing and I can see the quality of work in it. To put a cherry on top, Mariusz provided me 10 years guarantee of his work done in my bathroom along with very competitive quote which made it very easy to select him out of a total of 3 plumbers who offered to do my bathroom on MyBuilder. I would definitely recommend Mariusz. In fact, I have asked him to redo my downstairs toilet with some other house work as well. High five, Mariusz!

Kelday contracting refurbished our bathroom and I'm more than pleased with the standard of work carried out. If there were any issues found during the refurb then either Peter or Wayne would explain what the problem was and how they were going to sort it out. Because of their excellent work on the refurb I asked them if they would replace some old fence panels in our back garden with new ones, which again was carried out professionally and to an high standard. Would recommend.

As *slightly* high maintenance clients, we had three quotes for our bathroom refurb and went with Mike because a) he was well priced, b) local, but mostly c) he understood exactly what we were looking for in our bathroom (we went more modern than traditional). Mike has a real and thorough skillset in terms of plumbing and bathroom fitting and a penchant in managing the other trades people who came for specific works, making sure they were done in budget, on time. Mike would go the extra mile and work evenings and weekends, when needed to make sure things were done in time. He understood our needs and kept us well up-to-date with progress. Any issues were discussed and ironed out and throughout, Mike remained friendly, personable and cheerful

Adam boarded and plastered our kitchen ceiling. The finished result is superb, top quality job, it's perfect! Adam was helpful and communicative and the estimate was the same as the final price, which is always nice. Altogether a brilliant service and i would recommend without hesitation.
