Jav and Joe are nice chaps, gave a very reasonable quote and started really quickly (the following day!). We ended up using someone else for the floor tiles after Christmas (we already know them) so these guys took out our old shower enclosure and fittings and fitted new ones including tiling inside the cubicle. There was a damp issue and a leak beforehand- both of which they repaired to a high standard or came up with solutions to so that the job could compete in time for Christmas. They explained all our options well. They went out to get extra materials without an extra charge and worked at a weekend to get it finished in time. Pleased with the finish and I hear metro tiles are particularly difficult to get spot on. I would have liked a more comprehensive quote beforehand but they provide me with this on request and the job finished on budget except for the work around the unexpected damp which was a small extra charge and we were told about this before we went ahead with the extra work. Good all rounders who can do a whole job like this, altho for anything particularly specialist (such as complex patterned or mosaic floor tiles) I chose to use someone who just does tiling and that id already used- although they do work with a specialist themselves for such jobs and his work examples looked high quality so no need to source anyone extra if you want them to manage the whole thing for you. Would use again.

I have just had my bathroom completely refitted. Nass did a fantastic job and the finish is outstanding. We had a few hiccups with bathroom deliveries delayed and a couple of changes due to me ordering the wrong shower that needed an external water pipe and 10mm electric cable not the usual 6mm but Nass took all of this in his stride. He worked long hours and explained each step to me to enable me to make informed decisions. The finish is perfection and I just love it!! Nass is a great bloke which made it easier (especially for a woman) to have a stranger in your home. I felt comfortable and trusted him with my home. I will definitely be using Nass again for my next DIY project. Great job!!!

Brilliant experience from start to finish, gave me lots of helpful advice. They care about me and my elderly mums needs. Very tidy, top quality workmanship, friendly and tidy. Had full confidence to leave them in my house with no one else there. Funding a builder that is not only quality but trustworthy is the biggest fear for any householder, TA Loftex are those people you are looking for, will never look elsewhere again. Has completely transformed my bathroom, kitchen, dining room and bedrooms. Turned my house from a dump to an urban palace. Good quality advice for my needs, not just for profit. They clean up daily and even worked bank holidays and some weekends so that the job progresses in time so my mum can come back home rather than just rush the work they put in extra hours at no extra cost. Innovative solutions for problems, of which there were many, came up with ideas and solutions instead of just tutting and telling me this will cost a bomb. Brought his young family around on day one to give me extra confidence. Thanks for everything Tamaz, will never lose your number in case I need you again (probably not as you have fixed everything)

I can’t recommend Daniel and his team enough. It’s always a bit nerve wracking picking a new builder and we had made the wrong decision before with a team we had to ask not to come back. Daniel however was a total breath of fresh air! Straight forward, no nonsense. Always clear and concise with good ideas , helpful options and fair pricing. His work on our bathroom has been fantastic and we have already asked him to come back to do our kitchen and he will definitely be our first call for any other work in the future. Although it’s probably going to get more and more difficult to book him I feel! 100% recommended!

He worked hard and got the job done but it wasn’t stress free for me. I wouldn’t say don’t hire,but some things to note.1. He will take off doors but will charge to put them back on but he let me know. 2. He isn’t very good with patterned tiles so use AI to decide beforehand. I had to ask him to redo a bit that was just random tile bits and he wasn’t happy about it. He broke the wall to make two tiles fit instead cut correct angle.3. asked me what height I wanted the skirting, asked his advice& agreed to it. Later when he discovered both plug sockets sat at bit under the skirting, he said I should have thought about that when I decided on the height!It’s costing a pretty penny to have the sockets moved. 4. If you ask him to use self levelling compound or black grout he will complain a lot, even when (SLC) it and lots of pictures were in the job description he quoted for. 5. He cannot cut neat circles in tiles.

Martin came to see the job, quoted, worked, finished, all in a matter of days. Martin knows his craft well. He and his colleague were tidy, meticulous, quick and professional. The job wasn't big but tricky since he had to navigate pipes and uneven floors to make me a fitted cabinet around the bath. His work is of a high quality, he used good materials and did not cut corners. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Haxhi and his team exceed my expectations. We did agree on a bathroom renovation which basically everything was done from scratch. He was always on time and he met the deadline of the project. I had an issue with my water pump but he managed to fix it for little cost. Also he did the tiles for me on the wall and floor with very minimum waste and he did a brilliant job. We changed the position of the basin in order to save space and we did replace it the washing machine(hidden). We are now working on my other property to renovate the bathroom. Hahxi is very professional, knows the job very well, he did coordinate with me on every step to make sure we are on the same page . I strongly recommend him for any renovation project you may have.

Works done: Kitchen re-fitting (sink/ installation of new washing machine & dishwasher) + full remodel of bathroom & water heater. Really nice to work with (both for my wife and me) and did an excellent job on both the bathroom (removing old bathroom, moving, and re-building walls, installing floor and wall heating, a Japanese toilet, etc.) and aftercare for both the bathroom and kitchen. Can highly recommend!
