Thanks to MyBuilder.com that I met Zain. A young dynamic professional, who is an expert of what he does. I recently had the pleasure of working with him on the remodelling of my toilet/bath and his performance was simply outstanding. From the onset, Zain and his team displayed professionalism, dedication, and a deep understanding of the work at hand. Shaun is a great tradesman and person to have working in your home. He has just competed a full bathroom renovation and he’s done a spectacular job, it’s a really high quality finish and I love it. I have to say the reviews are spot on.. Shaun was happy to answer all of my (many) questions, and gave advice on how to achieve the finish I wanted in the most sensible way without compromising on style - the choice is of course always yours and he’ll always work to try and make what you want happen, but 9 times out of 10 I ended up following his suggestion on things. 10/10 would recommend!

Carlos’s work is of an exceptionally high standard & communication has been outstanding. He’s been a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. Polite, courteous & always carried out his word, arriving on time, always present when he said he would be, keeping us informed of his movements right from the outset, no nonsense delays. Carlos advised us of the work to be carried out professionally, honestly & with huge integrity, a rare find! His estimate was a true reflection of the work necessary with no nasty hidden extras so we were clear about what needed to be done and logical reasons as to why they needed to be done in that way. Any variation was explained to us before the work needed to be carried out with a sound reason for doing so. During the work Carlos was mindful of any possible disturbance, was meticulous, neat & extremely clean, & tidy. Our bathroom, toilet & kitchen were left polished, sparkling clean, conveniently ready for us to use again. The standard of work was quite exceptional: fitting of basin and bath taps with telephone shower, overhead shower, making good the walls, grouting and sealing of walls and floor tiles, repairing damage to kitchen ceiling, painting of bathroom and kitchen ceilings after water damage and going the extra mile to ensure the property was not just repaired but better than new! We’d like to keep Carlos all to ourselves, not tell anyone else but of course he deserves all the customers who commission him.

This is my first time using MyBuilder and I am pleased with the result. I was unsure about hiring We Fix Your House initially as they lack any feedback on this website, but after researching them online i was able to see their reviews from other sources which were impressive. Russ from We Fix was prompt in his responses to my queries. He drafted my bathroom in 3D design even before I accepted the quote, recommended the overall scheme, referred to suppliers (I was able to get trade discounts for tiles and some white goods). Workmanship was perfect with attention to detail, this team definitely takes pride in what they do. They also made sure communal areas are kept clean on daily basis (I have difficult neighbours). My bathroom now looks amazing, I have recommended them to to all my colleagues. I am also hoping to get my kitchen done with them later this year. I highly recommend this team. Thanks Russ!

I arranged for 6 different builders to come and quote (some from My Builder, some through recommendations from friends) and Lukas provided not only a competitive and reasonable quote, but I got a good vibe even from the outset purely based on the questions he asked regarding the job. Once the quote was accepted, Lukas and his brother Geidrius set to work immediately. Words cannot express how fantastic their service was. I have used many builders for various projects and this company is by far the best company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The job I requested was to entirely strip and renovate my kitchen and bathroom, back down to the brickwork and back again. They completed the works within 6 weeks (would have been quicker had I ordered the kitchen earlier), on time, on budget, and the finish was absolutely perfect. In fact, I didn't have a snag list and 7 weeks on, the bathroom and kitchen are still the show stoppers they were when they first set down tools. They were clean, efficient, provided alternative, clever solutions when needed, and my flat now looks like a show flat. Everyone marvels at the kitchen and bathroom and whilst that has something to do with the materials chosen, no amount of expense can cover up poor workmanship. Like I said - no snags! If you use this company you will not regret your choice. They are accommodating, courteous, and display superior workmanship. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Lukas and his brother.

It was a pleasure dealing with Peter and his team from start to finish and we couldn’t be happier with the work that they did. I was impressed with Peter’s previous work and we developed a good rapport from the first meeting and I felt that I could trust him with the work. He was clear about the detail of the work that needed doing upfront and his quote was itemised to reflect what each element would cost. The work was done on time and of a high quality and Peter was responsive at all times to any questions or concerns we had. He also made great suggestions of how we could do things better and was open to our ideas and realising our dream. His team were punctual, friendly and took care of the house ensuring the work that they did was of a high standard at all times and attention to detail which really has made a difference now that the project is completed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Future shapes to anyone and would certainly use them again.

The tradesman works with other tilers, which wasn't clear from his profile. However, the tiler which did the job was lovely, diligent, and cleaned up after the job. He laid UFH - Schluter mat and Mapei cable - and 60cm porcelain tiles on 8sqm kitchen floor. I'm glad I hung around and helped with laying the cable. It was very important to ensure the cable wasn't laid where units would be fitted (potential over-heating). Between us we managed to ensure the cable was correctly laid. There was one error in the tiling - a tile spacer must have come dislodged which meant the corner of 1 tile was slightly higher than the rest. Annoying because the rest were completely level and flush. The plinth of the units above will actually cover this, so it's not a huge problem - just a shame on an otherwise perfect job. I would recommend this tiler (and his colleagues)

Zafer helped to fit our new kitchen, including new tiles and some electrical work as well! Really happy with the whole finish. Great professionalism,honest (which is very hard to find these days!) and takes pride in his work and he was very helpful even when we asked him for extra help which was not already agreed on. The whole family is very happy with the finish and great attention to detail. Definitely the best tradesman we've had since we moved into our home! Would definitely recommend him. Thank you Zafer!
