Eugen got in contact very quickly and offered to come the very next morning. I was wary due to the lack of feedback to go by but I needn’t have worried. I could see he knew what he was doing and he sourced the part needed and fitted it all within a few hours. I look forward to inviting him back to do the tiling once the materials are in stock.

An all-round WOW from me. I can't recommend Chris enough, he is the man for your job! We arranged a mutual time for Chris to come and look at the job, he arrived exactly when he said he would be there. We discussed the two options for the job, one being a move of a toilet the other being a full bathroom refit. I agreed to send Chris a list of the jobs for the full refit and Chris would then price up and get back to me. After sending all the details over, Chris confirmed when we would be able to get a quote to me by, and the quote arrived the next day, earlier than expected! A fully itemized list of jobs and a price next to each and then a separate list of the materials and estimated costs of those next to each one. We then agreed a start date for a full bathroom refit. The day before Chris was due to start he sent me a text to remind me that he was starting work the next day, that was a refreshing change from me making sure contractors are going to turn up! Chris worked nonstop every day, and worked as late as he needed to (asking me if it was ok to work late). He is very polite and friendly, and was able to offer guidance and ideas on tasks. At the end of every day he tidied up and kept the place clean all the time. When he says he can cover all jobs he truly means it, every job he do, and has the right tools to complete everyone to a very high standard. I am very impressed with Chris and the new bathroom I have. Thanks!

I was planning an extension to my kitchen, which included a complete refurbishment and the addition of a shower room. I also needed somebody to coordinate all aspects of the project, including recruiting the right resources for the building work, electrics etc. I was extremely pleased that Bull & Chisel were recommended to me. From the start, Bryan and Warren gave me the confidence that they were able to complete the project to my satisfaction. They were happy to continue working with me throughout and they liaised effectively with partners they brought in at key stages to ensure that each task was completed to my satisfaction. As for their own work, I cannot fault them. There are always unexpected challenges that arise in these types of project. Bryan & Warren consider these very carefully before providing a solution. Really great guy who did a superb job. We supplied the flooring and his initial quote and guess of how long the job turned out to be a bit optimistic (not his fault - the flooring had been in storage a while and was hard to lay.) Nonetheless he was going to honor the original quote (itself very reasonable) though we insisted he take a bit more since he had to come back a second day and instead of a day the whole job took more than half a day more. He is polite, positive, and clearly something of a perfectionist...he relaid one of the boards on the second day because of an imperfection which we hadn't even noticed.Communication was always good and he turned up when he said he would - even when he had to return to complete the job. Based on my experience I would recommend him enthusiastically.
