Jay is, without doubt, the most helpful tradesman I've ever hired! He asked plenty of questions before providing a detailed, itemised written quote including areas where I could save money (for example by stripping wallpaper myself). He completely understood the quality of finish we wanted in the bedrooms within the context of our larger refurbishment project. His team were polite and tidy (given how messy plastering is of course!) and always prompt. The decorator he brought in to paint the newly skimmed walls was excellent and we're really pleased with the end result. Jay, on the other hand, apologised profusely for some minor glitches in the finish of the plaster and discounted his price as a goodwill gesture. We were so happy with his work that we swiftly used Jay and his team to skim and decorate another room in the house and will use them again when we get round to others! One of the best things about Jay was his willingness not only to recommend other tradesmen for other work we needed doing but to bring them in off his own bat where appropriate - super helpful and much more efficient.

So to note the space I gave Jay to work in was tiny, accesible only via a spiral staircase. Damp and mould on the walls and ceiling. Broken toilet that leaked and water had seeped up the walls to wreck the plaster board. 2 other plumbers had been and refused the work. Jay came in was friendly, trust worthy, reasonably priced and did such an amazing job. Cleared the mould and damp, painted the walls fitted a shelf, toilet roll holder and new toilet. Then the lovely flooring. To say the standard of his work was above Par is an understatement. He has made a grim space 200X better than it was. Would I recommend him- Yes 100% his friendly proffesional nature and trust worthiness alone would make me recommend him along with a great job well done. Thank you Jay.

We found Paul and his guys to be helpful, dedicated and trustworthy. We felt more than happy to leave them access to our home when we could not be there and knew that the work would be completed to a good standard. Any complications were discussed and agreed before actions taken and we ended up with a well fitted bathroom and kitchen that we are very pleased with.

Matt and Alex were excellent at their work and done a very good job. I would strongly recommend these guys. They cleaned up the areas they worked on. Both done other bits of carpentry and they are coming back to do more work and will be fitting a radiator.

We live in a listed building in a conservation area and the job was to come to repair and repaint our front door and repair and repaint our down stairs lounge window sills and frames from the outside. The windows are leadlights and very tricky as have bars going across that also have to be painted and the windows old and extremely fragile. Marius did a really amazing job. The door was in a really bad state before and it now looks transformed and really amazing. The window was all flaking and the wood in bad condition it’s all repaired and looks great. The paint work looks really good and he took great care not to get the paint on the parts it shouldn’t go on like the door nobs. I found Marius very trustworthy, reliable and professional. He was always on time worked really hard and was very friendly to have around. I would highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend Michal who completed a thorough en suite refit for me. The standard of his work is consistently high with an obvious pride in finishing his work to a high standard and a very professional attitude. I was impressed by Michal initially by his attitude to quoting work. He contacted me promptly, turned up on time to quote, listened carefully to our requirements and provided a high quality 3D projection of the completed work. His prices were also fair and reasonable, with a detailed cost breakdown of the work. We required all of our current en suite to be removed, for all walls to be tiled, new flooring laid, spotlights fitted, a new extractor fan, a new back to wall toilet, a new sink unit fitted and a new shower cubicle with screen. This was completed in a little under 2 weeks, all to a very high standard. Work was left tidy at the end of each day and we trusted Michal to work whilst we were both away from home. Michal was also efficient at replying to queries, always turned up at the time he said he would and a pleasant person to talk to and deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to use Michal again or recommend him to friends/family

Paul came to repair the wardrobe doors. He did an excellent job, very accurate and professional, arriving on time and communicating well. Without asking he also changed the screws in wardrobe to make it more strong. Highly recommended.
