OMG - Stephen was absolutely amazing! I was very worried about this heavy bathroom mirror being installed as my handyman nearly killed us putting it up unprofessionally! Stephen knew exactly what was needed - the exact 6mm bracket which needed to be ordered online as none of the four local hardware store stocked it (they did other sizes), with a special glue. He also brought along an assistant to help him place the mirror onto the wall. His communication was second to none, and he was also very courteous. He was also very reasonably priced - I was worried no one wanted such a small job. I will definitely ask him to do other things around the house!

Ciprian has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Very polite, and professional. He did a great job in my loft bathroom, this included installing a new 900 mm x 900 mm quadrant shower tray, fitting some new tiles and a new shower. Everything was carried out with great precision and also tidied up after the works were completed. The bathroom now looks absolutely stunning and glamorous after the work, I am really pleased and have kept his number safe for future work. Ciprian workmanship is highly impeccable and immaculate. I definitely recommend.

We hired Pawel to completely refit our bathroom, fix wooden flooring in the bedroom and some painting. He did a brilliant job and we are so happy with the end result. He had amazing attention to detail and really thought through the process and any issues that it may present. His tiling in particular was really impressive and he clearly has a huge amount of experience in fitting bathrooms. He was also really responsive throughout the process, flexible to all our various requests and carried out the work on time. He even took delivery of all the various parts for us as we weren't always there to co-ordinate it! Pawel responded quickly to the advert and came over to do a quote on the day I posted it and started the following week. We are definitely going to hire Pawel in the future to do some additional work and will recommend him to others.

I am really happy with Steve's job, and would highly recommend him to anyone who's looking to have a bathroom makeover. From the initial consultation (where Steve did make a good assessment of the required work), I found Steve to be very efficient in managing the project, including regularly liaising with us to clarify any doubts we have, provide the necessary support and advice (gosh knows how many tile sizes there are...;-) in turning our bathroom makeover idea into a great finished bathroom! I also found Steve to be very honest and upfront, and although luckily for us he didn't find any major 'surprises' when stripping the old bathroom down, in a few instances where slight modifications or additional work was necessary, he always consulted with us to explain what was necessary, and due to what reason. Notwithstanding the understandable very dusty nature of the work, Steve also did a great job in prepping up the floor of the bathroom and adjacent areas with floor protection dust sheets, so we felt he was being very considerate and looked after our flat well, for the entire duration of the project. Now we have a great new bathroom installed and we can only thank Steve for the great job he's done!
