Adrian and his team provided an excellent all round service from quote to completion. Great value for money was accompanied by a marvellously skilled job completed with minimum fuss in very good time. The quoting process was very helpful as Adrian both suggested areas where work could be done differently as well as areas that maybe weren’t necessary to achieve the best possible end result. This enabled a clearer picture from the outset accompanying his detailed quote. The work was started soon after acceptance and deliveries (new kitchen) received and signed for which was enormously helpful. We were regularly updated on his progress and jobs outside the scope of the quote highlighted for our agreement as they went along. The finished result is excellent and I would recommend Adrian and his team at Start2Finish to anyone requiring building work in the South West. Our conclusions were- great value, honest, accomplished, excellent communication throughout, fantastic finish and helpful throughout the process.

I used Tuler for a complete bathroom refit. Unfortunately the job ran over significantly, and the finish was bad, so bad I’ve had to get somebody else to put the job right. There was damage left to my property including grout in carpets, damage to walls and banisters and water damage to my porch among other issues. Having had professionals over to review the work completed by Tuler they were shocked- as are we to this day. Our experience has been unfortunate and disappointing. We would love to leave a better review but we simply cannot.

Very pleased with the installation of a new shower, toilet and basin which turned what was a truly awful wet room into a very nice little bathroom. Great communication and negotiation around price which was mainly done over the phone and by text as the house is not our permanent home. The only bit I am disappointed with is the join between the new plaster and ceiling which I will need to fill in places before decorating but overall, a great job and I would highly recommend them.

We were pleased with the bathroom but Andy let himself down by not coming back as promised to plumb the towel rail in once we’d had the room plastered. We took him at his word that he’d come back so paid him in full. He had seemed very honest but after the initial few msgs and excuses he started ignoring our msgs. Shame as would have had him back to do other stuff. We had to pay someone £150 to fit the radiator as we couldn’t wait any longer with the cold weather

From initial contact with this tradesman to completion, our experience has been nothing short of stunning. Chris arrived exactly when he said he would each day and created an amazing bathroom for us. To say we are pleased with the finished product is an understatement. Each day after finishing work Chris tidied up and left the house immaculate. Not only that but he also did numerous tasks that were not included in the original estimate, without any charge. I certainly would never consider using anyone else to do any work in our house, and indeed have lined up plenty more work for Chris to do. The quality of the work was outstanding and Chris's approach and genuine friendliness made this a first class and highly enjoyable experience. Would I recommend Chris to anyone else looking for a top quality job at a great price? You bet I would!
