Carlos’s work is of an exceptionally high standard & communication has been outstanding. He’s been a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. Polite, courteous & always carried out his word, arriving on time, always present when he said he would be, keeping us informed of his movements right from the outset, no nonsense delays. Carlos advised us of the work to be carried out professionally, honestly & with huge integrity, a rare find! His estimate was a true reflection of the work necessary with no nasty hidden extras so we were clear about what needed to be done and logical reasons as to why they needed to be done in that way. Any variation was explained to us before the work needed to be carried out with a sound reason for doing so. During the work Carlos was mindful of any possible disturbance, was meticulous, neat & extremely clean, & tidy. Our bathroom, toilet & kitchen were left polished, sparkling clean, conveniently ready for us to use again. The standard of work was quite exceptional: fitting of basin and bath taps with telephone shower, overhead shower, making good the walls, grouting and sealing of walls and floor tiles, repairing damage to kitchen ceiling, painting of bathroom and kitchen ceilings after water damage and going the extra mile to ensure the property was not just repaired but better than new! We’d like to keep Carlos all to ourselves, not tell anyone else but of course he deserves all the customers who commission him.

Aggi and Pedro were excellent. They helped me to decide what fixtures and fittings I needed (including also doing some research themselves) and when it came to fitting the new bathroom they did it to a high standard and were tidy/cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them.

Kristian telephoned and we arranged for a time for him and a partner to look at the problem. They arrived with in one hour as arranged and soon disagreed with the shop in fitting the new oven. The thickness of the side panel was not required to be reduced and they had the job completed within one hour. This saved us time and money so very pleased with the out come. I would recommend Kristian and ask him to quote if i have any further jobs in the future.

Sometimes you get a hit when hiring a new contractor - and this was a hit. CHF Tiling did an outstanding job for a full bathroom renovation. Stefan is dedicated and committed to his craft and genuinely cares about the quality of his work. The bathroom was not without it's challenges, but Stefan delivered on time and worked tirelessly until the job was complete. The end result is fantastic. 100% recommended and will hire again.

Extremely Disappinted with Planetium Construction- I hired Planetium for a 59k renovation job. Initially, the workmanship was acceptable only because I supervised closely and had them redo substandard work multiple times. However, before the job has been complete, I discovered already a roof leak in the master bedroom, direcly under the newly renovated bathroom. Despite my repeated requests, Planetium refused to take responsiblity or fix the issue. Just telling me need additional charges for the work. Worst still, Adrian the owner, demanded I pay the final balance of 1840 before they would address the GF heating which stopped working after they installed the new controller. When I reasonably refused to pay before they complete the job , Adrian swore at me over the phone the most offensive language. Furthermore, they promised to replace a new Miele microwave for the one they damaged during installation but now just walked away. Leaving me unresolved issues and additional repair cost!

Amardev did a wonderful job today building my new shed in the back garden. He was punctual, polite & extremely skilled. He did not rush, but took every care and attention to make the job perfect & left the site clean & tidy. I would recommend him highly.

We had our kitchen removed and fitted by Altin and his apprentice in January, and we are so happy with the final outcome. Altin was so reliable and precise on all of his work and was always able to answer any questions we had. Job: reinstall 1 blinds, and install 1 door handle, £100. Great if you’re looking to install venetian blinds onto a brick wall. Hoovered the dust directly whilst drilling which was appreciated! However, they did not have the tools needed to install the door handle/mortice lock, which was discussed before the appointment so I can only assume you were unprepared. They did not fulfil this task. I thought you were being polite by putting the old door handle back on as you failed to install the new one. I could have done that easily myself, for free, I only removed it to prepare for the job. Was not expecting to pay the £100 quoted just to put the old handle back on instead of a mortice lock handle. I’ve booked a locksmith and will have to pay more to complete a job I have essentially paid for already... In future, if you have not completed a task I would not charge the customer the full amount quoted, respectfully. You were polite despite this and clean, and as for the blinds the job done was satisfactory, well done! I also appreciate that you took a trip to screw fix to find a handle easier to install, even though you came back empty handed. A for effort. I’m not greatly concerned over the money, but thought it overall was unfair and a waste of time. I only paid as I felt sympathetic 2 tradesmen spent 3 hours installing 1 set of blinds, taking an unsuccessful trip to screw fix and fiddling around with a door handle. Thank you for installing the blinds though!

I've used Facundo's team to install a new shower, including wall and floor tiling, massage jets, and concealed shower equipment. Facundo was the person we dealt with at all times, although someone else was assigned to do the job. The quality of the work and finish is extremely good. I was also impressed with Facundo's professional attitude at all times, being very polite and respectful, as well as proactive in addressing any potential issues affecting our planning and execution.
