Gary and his team were very professional and did an excellent job fitting a laminate floor in my kitchen. The existing original flooring was uneven and they did a great job of fitting over the original floor boards and working around my newly-fit kitchen cabinets. Also, he was able to call on his network of tradespeople including a plumber and electrician at short notice to fix unexpected problems encountered during the job. Overall excellent workmanship, easy to communicate with, and very friendly. Highly recommended.

I cannot praise Ion and his team highly enough, they worked tirelessly to create the bathroom of our dreams. It was no small job and many of our friends and family (including those working in the carpentry trade) have praised Ion for his work and the finish. His quote was very reasonable compared to others we received and he was incredibly professional, easy to contact, flexible and also a great source of knowledge and advice for small details that we hadn't thought of during the job. Even when there were difficulties with some of the work (which is inevitable) Ion was happy to be contacted whenever, and went above and beyond to remedy these. In summary, I cannot recommend Ion and his team highly enough to anyone wanting a bathroom completed, we look at it every day with pride and look forward to inviting Ion over for further works we have planned.

Sandor and Artor completely refitted my bathroom a few months ago and it’s honestly one of the best decisions I made. They removed the old bathroom quickly, worked efficiently, and delivered exactly what I had in mind. In a couple of places they actually improved the plan with ideas I hadn’t thought of, which made a real difference. The finish is excellent and it still looks great now. Everyone who sees it compliments the work. They were fast, professional and just genuinely nice to deal with. I’d happily use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone with any work

Rafal did an absolutely outstanding job from start to finish. He turned up as promised to do the quote and was insightful and thorough. He helpfully broke the pricing of the job down to give me options and was very happy to support me in the purchasing of fixtures to ensure it all fitted etc. He recommended some products and retailers that I was delighted with. He was punctual and worked very hard and navigated unexpected plumbing problems well. His eye for detail is second to none and the quality of the finish is incredible. I’m so so happy with my new bathroom! This was my first solo project and Rafal made the whole process as painless as possible. He is a tidy worker and removed all rubbish and debris, leaving me just with a stunning new home. So glad I found him, he’ll be my first port of call for all future building work!

It started out well enough. Euan seemed like an earnest young lad and said all the right things. His bespoke "PHD" polo t-shirt said “pride” and “precision”. But those words didnt end up matching what happened with the project. Things started going progressively downhill from day one. 1. extra charges for removing debris which should have been specified in the original estimate-- I agreed to pay the charges anyway 2. Plumber showed up only on day seven and then tried to muddle thru making the main waste connection. Had to test drainage myself to show it wasn’t watertight, and then had to demand they bring a more experienced plumber to sort it out. 3. Tiling was a disaster, messed up tiling pattern, incorrect size holes drilled for plumbing and shoddy amateur tiling overall. 4. Shower rail installed off vertical. 5. Toilet misaligned in space 5. Shower waste not properly centred on shower tray opening. After they left was when the fun began. 6. Sewer stench at vanity unit due to incorrect drainage install. 7. Shower waste leaked and flooded neighbour downstairs (due to poorly installed shower waste). They did come and fix the shower leak, but didn’t hear back from them after that, which was just as well. Whole experince was so stressful. Withheld partial payment due to the problems. Am slowly sorting the other problems on my own, including some retiling. Pride Home Developments seems to be on a learning curve. Hopefully they learn from mistakes and get better.

Hire with confidence. I wish I could find the words to express just how happy we are with the work done by Romaio and Eugene, we can't recommend them highly enough. Our flat is a very old property that was originally 2 flats and any work done on it always meets problems, any difficulties were addressed in a positive manner with positive results. We were given our quote but warned that should the job may mean that our shower would have to be removed and replaced at extra cost. As soon as it was realised that the work on the shower would have to be done we were told just how much it would be (still a very reasonable price) and this was the final price we paid. Romaio was very patient with me when I asked for an extra couple of bits to be done, he also suggested a couple of improvements on my ideas and, as it turned out, he was right. The guys arrived each morning then just worked right through and I mean worked hard. Both were very pleasant and tidied up behind them.
