I originally contacted Joe from Orama to fit a new kitchen for me. When he came to give me a quote, I hadn't yet chosen what I wanted. He really took the time to make several recommendations and so I decided to go ahead with him to design my kitchen fully and fit it. The team were so easy to work with and most importantly respectful in my home! Their attention to detail is second to none. He really understood the style I liked in one conversation. The finish is flawless. I highly recommend them!!

I don’t recommend from my personal experience. I am writing this feedback 1 year after so this is based on true experience. The project was dragged over a longer period of time than agreed. He suggested to buy all the materials and we have accepted expecting decent quality products will be used (we are not experts). After he has left, we had a leak under the bath tub, which we have fixed by another plumber (didn’t have the energy to call back and wanted a once for all reliable fix). Taps were difficult to use and we have realised after that they don’t have thermostatic valve (didn’t know this detail before). We can see many cracked grouts due to uneven floor, then we have started getting water leak from the shower (wet room) into the ceiling of the underneath kitchen. We have hired again another tradesman to re-do most of the bathroom. When tiles were removed, we can see very thin materials, very poor tiling tradesman quality (nothing wrong with B&Q tiles). Very disappointing that someone can deliver such poor quality work and hide it all with tiles on top. Such stress, waste of time and waste of a lot of money. Very happy with the work Daniel did tiling my kitchen. He arrived on time, was quick and efficient. He did a 12 hour day to get the whole job completed in one day, which was great. Very happy with the quality, no corners cut and looks fantastic. I will be hiring Daniel again.

I am very sad to have to come back on here and change my previously good review. Sebastian is a good man but he did an awful job with my bathroom. The job was meant to be done in 4 days and instead, 6 weeks in I am having to call in other tradesmen to correct his mistakes. Despite coming around several times and eventually asking me to buy a new basin tap as the first one kept leaking, I had to call a plumber to fix the issue and when I asked Sebastian to reimburse me (I had already paid him in full) he just started ignoring my messages. No two tiles are straight in my shower and the shower screen is not fitted properly so no amount of silicone can prevent it from leaking. Another think that I have to pay someone else to fix. Even the painting I had to redo myself as it was patchy... I am beyond disappointed. Very expensive mistake.

Many thanks to Kris abd Kane on a job well done. Despite the very tight schedule, they completely refurbished our bathroom transforming it to a high-end (hotel standard) wet room. Kris's original quote was very competitive. There were extras, but these were very reasonable. Once the job was completed Kris actually came back to install 4 or 5 grab bars without additional cost. Kris, and Kane are both very easy to get on with; thoughtful and calm characters. I travelled abroad during the job; Kris contacted me regularly and responded promptly when I reached out to him. As with any job' there were glitches but Kris's solution focus approach ensured a good outcome. Hope to work with this company again.
