When attending a property to investigate a fault, assess an issue, or provide a detailed site report, a call-out and diagnostic fee will apply regardless of whether any remedial work is subsequently undertaken. The diagnostic process includes: * Site attendance * Fault investigation * Testing and inspection * Preparation of findings and recommendations * Written or verbal site reports where applicable Site Visit Reports Where a site inspection is required, a chargeable site visit report will be provided. This report may include findings, recommendations, quotations, and proposed remedial actions.
