I feel that Lee is not qualified to do en suite fittings as I am now going to have to get another plumber and electrician to check the work out. I have not had any warranties or product guarantees for the goods purchased. I've not even had any of the work signed off or certificates to say that it is all done to proper legislation and Health and Safety. As a person Lee is cheerful. As a Workman he turns up when he feels like it and gives lame excuses for not turning up or arriving late. I gave him all the money that he had asked for and have been treated very badly. The money was paid upfront and transferred from my bank to his Mother's bank straight away. I feel that I have paid far too much for the work that has been done. I thought that Mybuilder.com was a trusted website who check out the builders on their website to ensure that everyone is properly qualified to do the work that they do. Obviously I was wrong. Lee had set out a full week for the work to be done, it ran into two weeks. Three days he didn't show up at all. The rest of the days he arrived any time between 10.30am and 12.45pm. He would then clock off again at around 4pm. The only day that he put in decent hours was on the last Wednesday when he arrived at 11am and went at 7pm. The labour charges worked out at around £160.00 a day but he only worked for 1 full day! He also put a radiator in my kitchen and drenched my kitchen carpet which still hasn't dried out yet. So no sorry not a very happy customer.

Ben (and his colleague Matt) has done a fabulous job on both my worktops and fitting my kitchen sink. They were very clean and tidy, polite and professional. The finish is spot on and they managed to compensate for my house's wonky victorian walls extremely well, fitted a complex shape around and into the chimney breast and around boxed in pipework and created a lovely curved edged breakfast bar. He gave me some good advise on the location of my sink. I am very happy with how they worked and the end result. I would recommend Ben. Excellent :-)

Aaran has just completed a job for me fitting a sliding door wardrobe in my bedroom, including all the joinery work required for double tier hanging space and shelving. His workmanship is of a very high standard and completed well on time at very competitive rates. Aaran is very personable and customer-focused, checking at each stage of the job that the construction met my requirements and providing advice where there were options. I am very pleased indeed with the finished product and recommend Aaran very highly. I would certainly use him again for any bespoke joinery or other home improvement work.
