I hired Lasantha to work on my bathroom and ensuite. He removed all of the existing tiles and fixtures and fitted the new bathrooms himself, doing the tiling and plumbing jobs and installing the bath, shower, toilet and basin. At all times Lasantha was very professional, reliable, punctual and helpful - suggesting the best methods to use and suggesting shops for the tiles and fittings. I was very happy with the end result of both rooms and would highly recommend him to anyone else looking to have any tiling or plumbing work done.

That was a great experience! Very quick in correspondence, very clear in terms of what needs to be done, true to their quote (no last-minute surprises, and the quote was quite competitive overall). They even called me and offered a quicker appointment, when they had a last-minute opening in their schedule, so things got done even earlier than I thought. Very clean when they were working, even cleaned up after the job was done. Very professional, polite and respectful of the place. Many thanks, guys! A definite recommendation and a name I'll keep in my contacts, should I need gas-related services in the future.

I just wanna express honest with you I met up with Mr John on two occasions and I told him everything I want confirmed we confirmed the price he sent us a spreadsheet but later on confirmed a figure once that was done he said send pictures. I’ll get the items for you and will get everything done for you in a time which was originally 2weeks . Then 2 month and half later he ignore my calls very unprofessional and has outstanding task he left and still not even correct , I am not able to go in to all the details but I tell you for free how I’ve been treated for the last few weeks mentally draining and for example he said let’s get his electrician because he needs the person doing the work side-by-side and if I’m honest, they’ve done nonsense because the media where the plug is is not correctly positioned in fact, the TV does not go in properly as they positioned it in the wrong place they didn’t check where the TV was meant to go initially I have to sort this out myself. Alex removed and re- installed a new combi boiler in my loft. As a customer with zero knowledge in plumbing and heating I didn’t feel confident in explaining the problems I was having. After speaking to Alex on the phone he was very understanding and knowledgable of what was required and was genuinely a nice friendly person to speak to. This immediately put my mind at ease and I felt comfortable inviting him into my home. From start to finish, Alex made sure everything was clean and left spotless, from laying dust sheets to cover my carpets and flooring to hoovering up after himself. Overall i was left very impressed not just by his work but by his punctuality, his estimate on time it will take and all round respect for my home.
