Nathan did a fabulous job, I'm really pleased with the outcome! Nathan removed old tiles, re-tiled, installed a concealed mixer shower, replaced the bath, fitted a shower screen and installed mosaic splashback tiles. Nathan was very accommodating to late delivery of some items and worked around this. Very trustworthy and professional and I would definitely recommend him to others!

HW Carpentry was absolutely amazing. They came out the same day, were personable and very easy to talk to. They even arranged to chat to the damp specialist we were using to make sure they were on the same page (re the cause and solution for the problem). They booked us in a few days later and finished the job in one day. Ricky was always available for any questions we had and we are so happy with their work! We will definitely use HW Carpentry again! Can't recommend them enough!

The job in our house was to completely strip and put a new bathroom in upstairs . We had just moved house so the old bathroom was very dated and was in much need of a make over . Before the job started we had lots of back and forth with William who was extremely helpful in explaining what would be the best design for our new bathroom with what we had chosen . On the first day William turned up right on time and kited out the whole up stairs and the hallway with dust and plastic sheeting which was good to see . He then wasted no time in ripping out the old bathroom preparing for the new. William worked extremely fast throughout the week and was always willing to adapt in the mornings when we were getting the kids ready for school . His attention to detail was ridiculous, me and my wife were so impressed and he would always tell us what he was doin that day just to make sure that is what we wanted . He also went above and beyond, moving the thermostat out of our little girls room and putting it in the hallway . There were also other jobs that he fixed like rotting wood on the outside of the house he replaced to attach pipes too, which wasn’t in the job description. The bathroom was finished to a very high quality and me and wife now call it the spa! William was polite the whole time and never late . He is by far the best experience we have ever had with a builder and the very next week after he had finished the bathroom we had him back to start another room. He is now our personal builder for the whole house !!! I would highly recommend William to anyone .

AVOID!!! Do not hire this person. It has been a terrible experience- Roland was here doing work on multiple bathroom rooms. He works solo and will come for a few hours a day so the job moves very slowly (leaving you with no bathroom!) however will leave your house a complete mess daily. The problems really arose when he started tiling - Roland does dot and dab method aka giving tiles approx 30% adhesive in the shower area (which means he will finish your bathroom, it will look nice and then a year later your tiles willl fall off / crack and water will get behind) he does this to save time as but it is a major issue and will not last. The plaster work is bubbling and cracking, the Plumbing is all over the place and need numerous changes, he sent me an aggressive voice note once making me very uncomfortable, and said if I leave a bad review he was sue for defamation. My bathrooms are a mess - he drove away with money owed when I asked about the tiling (and has meant tiles are ruined)
