Many thanks to Kris abd Kane on a job well done. Despite the very tight schedule, they completely refurbished our bathroom transforming it to a high-end (hotel standard) wet room. Kris's original quote was very competitive. There were extras, but these were very reasonable. Once the job was completed Kris actually came back to install 4 or 5 grab bars without additional cost. Kris, and Kane are both very easy to get on with; thoughtful and calm characters. I travelled abroad during the job; Kris contacted me regularly and responded promptly when I reached out to him. As with any job' there were glitches but Kris's solution focus approach ensured a good outcome. Hope to work with this company again.

Was ok. Not sure he was entirely transparent with the costs (told me about call-out charge but not hourly rate). The problem with the boiler was a settings issue but he strung out the job and made out like it could be something else (presumably to justify high hourly rate). He sorted out the problem yeah but would I use him again or recommend? Nope.

I don’t recommend from my personal experience. I am writing this feedback 1 year after so this is based on true experience. The project was dragged over a longer period of time than agreed. He suggested to buy all the materials and we have accepted expecting decent quality products will be used (we are not experts). After he has left, we had a leak under the bath tub, which we have fixed by another plumber (didn’t have the energy to call back and wanted a once for all reliable fix). Taps were difficult to use and we have realised after that they don’t have thermostatic valve (didn’t know this detail before). We can see many cracked grouts due to uneven floor, then we have started getting water leak from the shower (wet room) into the ceiling of the underneath kitchen. We have hired again another tradesman to re-do most of the bathroom. When tiles were removed, we can see very thin materials, very poor tiling tradesman quality (nothing wrong with B&Q tiles). Very disappointing that someone can deliver such poor quality work and hide it all with tiles on top. Such stress, waste of time and waste of a lot of money. Lash Ndreu and his team were very quick and efficient. The floor of the bathroom needed rebuilding so it was a difficult job. They met me at the builders merchants shop and helped me pick out the units and tiles. More importantly they worked to my two day deadline. They were kind, courteous, neat and diligent.

Have dealt with a few contractors in my time and have been messed about, but on this occasion it went exactly as laid out and the work was immaculate. Very tidy, punctual and hard working. I am very sad to have to come back on here and change my previously good review. Sebastian is a good man but he did an awful job with my bathroom. The job was meant to be done in 4 days and instead, 6 weeks in I am having to call in other tradesmen to correct his mistakes. Despite coming around several times and eventually asking me to buy a new basin tap as the first one kept leaking, I had to call a plumber to fix the issue and when I asked Sebastian to reimburse me (I had already paid him in full) he just started ignoring my messages. No two tiles are straight in my shower and the shower screen is not fitted properly so no amount of silicone can prevent it from leaking. Another think that I have to pay someone else to fix. Even the painting I had to redo myself as it was patchy... I am beyond disappointed. Very expensive mistake.

Mu and his team were great. Mu came round for an initial quote where he was professional and a decent cost vs other options. He and his team were really helpful with picking out items that would work in my bathroom and kitchen, organised deliveries whilst I was working and installed perfectly! They proactively thought about all the little details to make my new bathroom look lovely and went above and beyond to get everything done; it was efficient and really well done. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him again in the future.

Great company. I hired them to install a new kitchen and bathroom. The guys are clearly efficient in the jobs. Do the work from start to finish as agreed. They finished the job on time even though some materials were not available they made sure to come back and complete the job. I am very happy and can recommend this company for anyone. BATHRO0M: we were extremely pleased with Girts and his team's work on our bathroom, which was done efficiently and to a high standard. We were also impressed with the advice he gave us and the fact that he did not press us to choose the most expensive options. In the end we made various improvements, including installing a folding shower screen, re-tiling and installing a wall mirror, rather than doing a major refurbishment. KITCHEN: in view of the excellent work they had done on the bathroom we then employed Tottenham Trade Ltd to do a complete kitchen refit. This involved stripping out the entire existing one, re-tiling, moving and replacing all the plumbing and wiring and installing new appliances and worktops. Girts and Max spent many hours working with us to arrive at plans which met our exact needs and gave us a firm quotation (which they stuck to without quibble). Again all work was carried out to a high standard and Girts dealt imaginatively, efficiently (and cheerfully!) with all kinds of unforeseen problems. He has also been brilliant about coming back to sort out a few snags. We are delighted with the new kitchen and recommend Girts and his company.
