I have to start off by saying that this is a polite and humble contractor, that despite delivering poor quality was very apologetic and refunded us the cost of the unsalvageable items. However, it would be remiss of me not to leave a review as the job is incomplete and has to be done by someone else. We required a guest toilet replacement. Sadly, amongst other things the wrong connectors were used resulting in waste flowing wrong way and toilet too high for unit, our boxing and tiles were ruined in order to access pipes, and lead rather than plastic being used in addition to mastic seals resulting in leaks. The job was stopped by us. A new contractor is now being sought to rectify - we hope before Christmas. As said initially, contractor was very apologetic and refunded cost of wc and unit. Despite us obviously never being able to use him again, will give 10/10 for customer service. Perhaps a simpler job would be better for him. We wanted a 2 in 1 toilet sink fitted in our guest downstairs toilet.

PLEASE, AVOID THIS TRADEPERSON. MYBUILDER.COM AND ALL THE BUILDERS SITES SHOULD CANCEL HIS LICENCE AND REMOVE HIM FROM THEIR SITES. WHILE DEALING WITH THE ISSUE, IT WOULD BE BETTER TO WARN ALL OF YOU SO THAT YOU DON'T GET INTO HIS STRAP. ISSUES: THIS TRADEPERSON AGREED TO DO THE WORK. LABOUR'S COST HAS BEEN AGREED, HE RECEIVED DEPOSIT. PLEASE WATCH OUT HE ASKED FOR A BIG DEPOSIT. STARTED THE WORK. AT THE BEGINNING HE PRESENTED AS A TRUSTWORTHY, FAITHFULL PERSON. AFTER ORDERING ALL THE MATERIALS AND THEY ARE DELIVERED, THIS TRADEPERSON WILL NOT PICK UP YOUR CALLS AND ANSWER YOUR TEXT MESSAGES ANYMORE. MY CASE: THE LABOUR'S COST WAS AGREED AND HE ACCEPTED TO DO MY NEW KITCHEN, DRAIN OUTSIDE, TILES ON THE FLOOR, SMALL SHOWER AND CHANGE MY OLD BATH. HE CAME TO RIP OUT COMPLETELY MY OLD KITCHEN. HIS ELECTRICIAN WANTED TO BE PAID £4000 WITH MATERIALS OR £3000 WITHOUT THE MATERIALS FOR REWINDING. THIS IS TOO COSTY FOR ME AND I ARRANGED MY OWN ELECTRICIAN. THE NEW KITCHEN DESIGN DONE AND ALL THE UNITS AND APPLIANCES HAD BEEN DELIVERED. CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES SENT TO THIS TRADEPERSON TO INFORM HIM THAT EVERYTHING WAS READY. UNFORTUNATELY, HE STOPPED TAKING MY CALLS OR ANSWER MY TEXT MESSAGES. AFTER LEAVING A VOICEMESSAGE FOR HIM, HE REPLY WAS:"I AM IN UKRAINE RIGHT NOW, I NEED TO SOLVE SOME BUSINESS, I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH TIME IT TAKES 2-3 WEEKS. I ADVISED YOU TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER PERSON" REMEMBER, I DON'T HAVE KITCHEN ANYMORE AS HE RIPPED OUT EVERYTHING & RAN AWAY - EVIL!!!!

Claudiu and his team did an excellent job renovating our 2 bed flat in Bushey. He did a great job on the laminate flooring in particular. Installed coving, skirting, painted walls/doors/radiators, installed new light fixtures, and assembled furniture. Will definitely work with him again. In fact, I hired him back to do our bathroom next week!

Aurel is very reliable, polite, friendly and supportive. I had to change my mind a few times on the job, and a few issues with suppliers cropped up, but he was very patient and helpful all the way. He is skilled with painting and plastering, his work shows the experience that he has, and also that he takes a great amount of joy in his job. He is very clean, very sweet, and I would definitely highly recommend him to anyone, and work with him again if I have the chance to.

Sami came at short notice to look at our shower and very quickly diagnosed the issue we had of an unbalanced system. He was knowledgeable and helpful and has given us a lot of advice on the matter. If we decide to go ahead with the replacement, we won't hesitate to use him. He did install a glass panel for the bath/shower which he did immaculately, quickly and at a very reasonable rate. A very nice chap who will be coming again soon to service our boiler. Highly recommended.

My Mother is very nervous so the right person for the job is not just their plumbing abilities but their personality. Fred has both. He was efficient, knew what needed to be done and provided a reasonable quote. He also made my Mother feel very comfortable in his presence, very calm and clear. He arrived on time and performed the job excellently, completing in the discussed timeframe and now she has fully functioning running hot water as anticipated. Ciprian did good work and had an eye for detail, but we had some issues which made me very stressed. He wanted 20% extra for a bank transfer so I asked for his VAT number but he said he could just put it as tax on the invoice. I think he quoted based on assuming I would pay cash for a large amount, which I would never do. Added to this, we felt let down with Ciprian not committing to work dates and not being specific with start dates, but vague or changing them. And he didn't tell me that I would need someone to collect the rubbish at an added cost. Furthermore, he took photos in my property without permission but I happened to see this. These things were such a shame as Ciprian tended to be very polite and hard working and I made a big effort to be kind to him at all times. His work is very good compared to others though and I would just hope upfront communication improves as if there wasn't this stress I would use him again if he would like more work as the quality of labour and cleanliness is commendable.
