We are very happy with the job completed by Oscar and his team. He painted our 2 bed apartment and finished the job on time and we were immediately able to move the new tenant in. Oscar was also able to fix the window in the main bedroom (Handyman too) and professionally collected and returned the key to our concierge at the end of each day as instructed. We would definitely recommend Oscar as he offered us a very fair and competitive price and was very friendly and easy to communicate with through the work process.

It was a great relief to find Rob of BWK Tiling. I am a landlord living far from my property which needed a tricky bathroom tiling repair among other things. I was able to leave the job in the very capable hands of Rob. He was professional, responsive, creative and dealt well with my Tenant. Above all he did a great Job and put my mind at rest being so far away. I highly recommend BWK and won’t hesitate to employ them again.

Ilia has done an outstanding job with our flat. He has stripped the bathroom back to bare brick before replacing, replaced all the flooring,replaced and rewired all the lighting, fitted a new kitchen, repaired all the windows and redecorated throughout. His work is of a very high standard and he has gone over and above to ensure the job has been done to a very high level. His attention to detail is second to none and he has thought of every little detail to give us a top quality finish.

I gave him the opportunity as I was desperate to find someone fast,and didn’t have much success on here.Soon as he accepted,he was already asking for cash beforehand to get materials.I thought you know what,his company details are online,what can go wrong so I did.As his team started the job, they told me I needed to have 2 fences erected as they were badly damaged and deteriorating.I thought heck,why not,might aswell do it now so I gave him again, the opportunity to make some extra business with us.Again,was asked for some pre payment to get the materials,all in cash.All was finished within 2days of the weekend.Fence looked fine,but the roof just looked like a cowboy job.I didn’t complain,as it was done fast,with all the stress with opening a new business,it was one less headache out of the way.After 1 day of rain,the roof was already leaking,like absolutely everywhere.Called him, and he got someone to come by a few days after to fill in more silicone.(Very suspect job again).I thought fine, aslong he’s responding and trying to fix the situation.Fast forward few days later, bearing in mind the shop isn’t open and I’m not always there when it’s raining,it rained again and it was leaking in some areas again.Whatsapped him which is how we normally communicated,called him,read my messages but no reply. Now he has blocked me.Seriously, how he knows I’m opening a business soon this is how he wants to treat his customers. Simply give me back my money or fix the problem, simple!

Job went well. He was extremely tidy and cleaned as he went on with the job, and at the end of the day left the place very tidy. Laid floor protectors down each day of the 6 day job and cleaned up at the end of the job. He removed the bath tub and replaced with a full walk in shower, with full wall panels. He repaired the kitchen celling . All in all, I would use him again.

We are not entirely satisfied with Ludovic's work. Some of the tiles were not cut to the correct messurement which left big gaps in between. Worse still, the grouting was very messy and did not have a smooth finish. We will now have to get another Tiler to redo some of the tiling work. Overall, it was not a professional job and we are not very happy with his workmanship.
