Since living in Yeovil I have renovated four Properties and I am waiting for a sale on my latest. All the work carried out on these houses apart from Electrical work and help with Plastering has been completed by myself. I have been in the Building industry for the past 38years and I like to think I take a pride in my work and like to leave a client no less than happy. While living in Torquay I bought and renovated other properties. The Bungalow you see in my pictures is my latest project.

Simon carried out work to our shed and an additional request of fitting a shower screen to an extremely high standard. He was professional, polite and friendly at all times and quickly solved any issues that he came across without fuss. After a few hiccup's with delay's due to weather, Andy finally made it, he replaced the garden wall that had collapsed, then replaced the rotted post and replaced the trellis back again, I was pleased with his work, and would ask for him again if needed.

Sam and his team have done an excellent job at installing all pipework and fitting an on-suite bathroom, including tiling into a new build. This was a complex job because Sam had to 'pick-up' where a previous builder had left and support us in addressing deficiencies in the previous builder's work. Sam's work is of an exceptionally high standard, he does the work when he says he will, responds rapidly to communications, which was essential for this job and simply 'gets on with it'. We will be definitely asking Sam to undertake further work in the near future and would recommend him highly. Thank you, Carole and Paul Deighton.

I ran OFTEC, gas and product training courses which included servicing, commissioning and fault finding. After 18 months I decided to go back self employed. I specialise in services + breakdowns on gas oil + lpg boilers but I carry out all plumbing + heating works.
