I felt at ease talking with John who made things very easy to understand and provided a clear schedule which was required as both my wife and myself work full time.John provided a fantastic service. Very pleasant to talk to and did not come across as your usual trader. Although not the cheapest quote I received, John is proof that you get what you pay for and I certainly felt that the quality workmanship, friendliness and professionalism provided was worth every penny. I would highly recommend Clearwater Property Services and have kept Johns number in my phone should I have any work need doing to my property in the future. Latest review:Bathroom Fitting-Kelly came in after my first builder left the bathroom in an unfinished state and not usable. His quote was competitive and reasonable. He was very polite and professional and pleasant to talk to and got on with his work and was tidy too. He always asked for our opinion and was happy to make changes in case we needed something done differently or if anything needed moving. We are very pleased with the finished bathroom and would recommend him without a doubt.

Latest review:Bathroom Fitting-Tufan and his team did an excellent job on the bathroom. completing a complete refit including replacing the flooring and ceiling in the 2 week schedule. Communication was excellent, giving me at least daily updates on the project (I was staying away as it's only a 1 bed flat) and he also offered advise and regular consultation on items such as the placement and valves. I'm very happy with the finished results and would definitely hire him again.
Adam and Peter completed my bathroom on time and at the agreed price. At all times they were very polite and helpful , working extremely hard to ensure the project was completed on time. The standard of their work is high and my bathroom is finished to a very good standard. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
