Hello, I’m Aiza Maryam, founder of Aureon Studio. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in Interior Design, with three years of professional experience in architectural and interior design. As an Architectural Technician, I produce accurate floor plans, elevations, sections, technical drawings, space plans and 3D visualisations using AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp. I mainly support residential projects, including refurbishments, extensions, loft conversions, internal alterations and interior renovations, as well as selected commercial projects. I take a personal and collaborative approach, listening carefully to each client’s requirements, budget and preferred style. I have over two decades’ worth of experience of working in architect’s offices and as a freelance architectural designer. I have worked on architectural designs for houses, housing, leisure projects, hospitality projects i.e. hotels and restaurants, educational projects, mixed-use and urban design, extensions and loft conversions. I have produced a wide variety of technical drawings I have also been involved in producing detailed drawings for Building Control approval, Illustrating how to meet the requirements of Part A Structures, Part B Fire Safety, Part K Prevention of falling (staircases) and Part L Conservation of Fuel and Power demonstrating an environmental strategy. I worked for Tarmac Construction as an assistant site engineer for four months.
