I have been a sole practitioner since 1991 carrying out many domestic works including all types of extensions , loft conversions and steel beam calculations for local authority approval. All drawings are produced on a CAD system and can be emailed to both the client and the local authority. I can provide advice to the client on there proposals and inform them of the best solution/s to the initial brief.
