We were looking at mixed use property that had some serious structural issues, it was a significant size and therefore had a lot of potential layouts. Lee was very clear about how he could assist us, professional in his communication and in attending the property when he said he would. Ultimately we didn't proceed with the purchase due to the insight we gained from Lee and our survey but I would definitely recommend and use Lee in future.
