His communication was excellent the whole way through the project, letting us know when to expect documents etc. His quote helped us understand the whole process of applying for building regulations and all the costs that the renovations to the house would involve in these early stages. He also prepared a pricing document that we can give to builders to help us get an accurate quote for the works. We made several changes to the design and he accommodated each of these patiently and even prepared two designs so that we can compare the costs for both.
