Darren and Simon are incredible architects. They guided us with kindness, patience and complete professionalism from the very earliest conception stage all the way to the end of the build. They were always available for us to ask questions to (no matter how tedious) and were very generous with their time - always making sure to come to the house whenever we needed to go through anything. We were unsure of what to expect, as we had never embarked on a build of our project’s scale before, but we felt like we were in safe hands within minutes of meeting Simon and Darren. We only had a vague idea of what we wanted done – ideally opening up our downstairs space, either into something open plan, or something in-between. We felt Simon and Darren truly listened to what we were saying we were looking for (without quite being sure ourselves), and then somehow turned our woolly suggestions into a vision for our house that we’d never have thought of in a million years. Their solutions were simple yet incredibly effective and have truly transformed how we live in our home. We would thoroughly and emphatically recommend them to anyone – but perhaps particularly to people looking for a reshaping of their living space, but without much idea of how to achieve that.

The project was to build a spare bedroom with en suite toilet over an existing flat roof of the kitchen extension. Madalina is very conscientious hard working individual who pays careful attention to the client's requirements. She certainly pays attention to the budget requirements, she was very flexible in drafting her plans to accommodate my revised plans, apart for being knowledgeable about building requirements has a certain eye for aesthetic appeal - an eye for details. Giuseppe and his team are top level professionals able to give qualified advice and real expertise. In renovating our art gallery, they showed real old-time mastery from the beginning. They not only helped us study the most suitable solutions for the features of our place both for the flooring and the walls painting, but also showed amazing precision and care in carrying out the whole renovation project by applying the renowned knowledge of Italian master masons. While other builders had cursorily told us that any laminate would be good, the one that Giuseppe and team suggested us was selected by considering both the resistance to the clomping and the desired aesthetic result. Also, they adopted all the special arrangements needed to prevent the wood floor from bulging and lifting. They suggested us the type and the colour for the skirting board, making the gallery even more refined. The works were terminated in the estimated time and the fantastic result in terms of elegance, sophistication and safety has been possible thanks to the reliability and attention to detail of Giuseppe and team. We were so satisfied that we decided to hire them for all the other works needed (ceiling painting, walls painting, positioning of the anti UV film in our windows, enforcement and lifting up of the electrical track for the lighting system). All these works were completed with mastery and are still contributing to fascinate all the visitors at the gallery!

Luke has been brilliant. He surveyed, drew up the plans and proposals for a major refurbishment to a 3-bedroom semi-detached house. He has been very flexible and added extra detail to the drawing – several times as I changed my mind. The plans have been very useful when working with builders and I’ve no doubt that the work Luke put into the proposals has saved me time and money in the long run. I would gladly recommend Luke if you are considering an architect to draw up plans for your work.
