Eralp was very professional; he showed up to our appintments on time and he was very knowledgeable in the options that were available to me. He provided the architectural drawings for the garage conversion and completed and submitted the planning permission to the council on my behalf. We had difficulties from Bexley council and they delayed the approval of my application. Eralp was however very committed and he continued to pursue Bexley Council till they eventually approved my application. The level of dedication and support from Eralp was exceptional. He supplied us with invaluable knowledge by advising us on what would be the best plan of action to utilise the space for our proposed project. In the end the advice he provided was what we went with and we couldn't be any happier! He was available anytime we requested and was able to supply us with the support with quick and efficient turn around times. I could rely on him to attend to our needs any time we required. We suffered a set back due to thames water drainage problems and Ebenezer was on call to support us within hours of us hearing the news and was able to supply us with the relevant advice to resolve the issue we had. James was instructed to review and improve an existing planning consent inherited after purchasing a site for development. The inherited consent was for thee townhouses and two semi detached properties. It had not been prepared very well and James was able to re-work the internal arrangements to produce a much more satisfactory layout throughout all the five buildings and even creating new garden space as well. This re-worked overall design is much more attractive both aesthetically and practically for an end-user resulting in a quite substantial increase in market value for the scheme overall following re-valuation and will undoubtedly assist the eventual marketing. The service has been very impressive being prompt, reliable, going further than the original brief in some instances to deliver the final revised approved planning consent -a task in itself with the planning authority concerned - and undertaken with a high degree of professionalism throughout. I look forward to working with James on future projects and would recommend his services without hesitation.
