Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Colin came up with 3 different designs for turning my (tiny) kitchen and dining room into one, despite there not being much room for manoeuvre. His recommendations and the rationale for them were very helpful, but he was also happy to work with my preferences. He clearly explained the process, helped find builders to shortlist, helped with the process and had a clear timetable to inspect and sign off works. He was also very quick to get back to me to help with any issues as the project progressed, even though my project was relatively tiny. And total transparency about costs from the start; what M&I quoted was exactly what I paid, despite the amount of hand-holding they did. I’d recommend Colin wholeheartedly.

Lucia was, from the outset, professional and always approachable and receptive to ideas: she combined her architectural experience with knowledge of local planning laws and she always knew where to find an answer. If she didn't know something she was honest enough to admit it. Her concept and detailed drawings for our extension project were beautifully executed and practicable. Through Lucia's diligence and hard work we managed to get planning approved for our scheme. We then hired Lucia to supervise a major renovation project: repairs to a leaking roof and the complete re-design of the rear garden of our house. Lucia displayed the same energy and eye for detail that she had for designing the extension to our house. Since we were living abroad for the duration of the renovation works, we depended entirely on Lucia to source individual tradespeople and materials and to supervise the project and ensure the works were completed on time and on budget. She completely succeeded and worked tirelessly on our behalf. I would unhesitatingly recommend Lucia for an architectural project that included extension drawings and gaining planning permissions or for more routine works as described above. She has that rare combination of laser-like efficiency combined with a lovely personality and an instinctive knowledge of what her clients want. Marius has been doing a great job and put in an extra effort to ensure we were happy with the outcome. I can not recommend Marius highly enough, especially as he managed to fix an issue with the council that we had from someone else drawings. He was patient and very well prepared. Went an extra mile and gave us different ideas/options. He was flexible with timings and most importantly with price. Had by far the best quote and did an exceptional job.

The job was for a retrospective planning application, I needed drawings as the builder told me it was covered under permitted development. This wasn’t the case, so I needed to put in a retrospective application. The drawings were excellent quality, a really fast and professional service. The price was brilliant, I would highly recommend!
