Ahmad and the Beam Developers team did an amazing job on my rear extension. We were very particular with our requests and are generally picky people but they were very patient and accommodating to our every request. We were shown the drawings, made adjustments and managed to tailor the project exactly to what we wanted. The finished results were amazing. No big project for us soon but should we plan to do the loft will definitely use Ahmad and his team again.

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Colin came up with 3 different designs for turning my (tiny) kitchen and dining room into one, despite there not being much room for manoeuvre. His recommendations and the rationale for them were very helpful, but he was also happy to work with my preferences. He clearly explained the process, helped find builders to shortlist, helped with the process and had a clear timetable to inspect and sign off works. He was also very quick to get back to me to help with any issues as the project progressed, even though my project was relatively tiny. And total transparency about costs from the start; what M&I quoted was exactly what I paid, despite the amount of hand-holding they did. I’d recommend Colin wholeheartedly.

Contracted to provide options for a new garage office and storage solution. They turned up promptly and were very polite and professional. Through many discussions they ultimately offered up a very good bespoke solution for our situation and once planning is approved we will have no issue with looking to them to complete the actual build. We have had a lot of issues in the past finding reliable trades but with ArhiTERRA design and build we felt confident in their ability to both visualise and implement the build as well as follow through on their promises. I would say that for anyone considering discussing a project with them that it is worth your time to at least have a meeting with them and judge for yourself.
