Eralp was very professional; he showed up to our appintments on time and he was very knowledgeable in the options that were available to me. He provided the architectural drawings for the garage conversion and completed and submitted the planning permission to the council on my behalf. We had difficulties from Bexley council and they delayed the approval of my application. Eralp was however very committed and he continued to pursue Bexley Council till they eventually approved my application. The level of dedication and support from Eralp was exceptional. Ebenezer helped us get the project started by drafting the initial drawings. He supplied us with invaluable knowledge by advising us on what would be the best plan of action to utilise the space for our proposed project. In the end the advice he provided was what we went with and we couldn't be any happier! He was available anytime we requested and was able to supply us with the support with quick and efficient turn around times. I could rely on him to attend to our needs any time we required. We suffered a set back due to thames water drainage problems and Ebenezer was on call to support us within hours of us hearing the news and was able to supply us with the relevant advice to resolve the issue we had. With his support we was able to get the project up and running quicker than we anticipated so thank you again Ebenezer!

Has been helpful since the first consultation. Came round to do a quick site survey and chat over ideas etc. Measured up promptly and received the first drawing draft within a week. Have had to make a few alterations to drawings and he has been happy to do so. Has answered the phone when called and always helped even with little questions i have had. Has walked me through some parts of the planning that i did not understand and explained in good lay mans terms. Overall happy doing business with him, and will keep his number and company for future ventures.
