Council planning fees are separate and paid directly to the local authority. Our service also includes high-quality 3D modelling and visual design work, allowing you to explore your ideas properly before moving forward with planning or construction. Where suitable, we can also use Polycam, allowing you to scan your property and share an accurate digital model. This can help speed up the early design process and may reduce the need for a site visit. From initial concepts through to planning submissions, we offer a friendly, reliable, and practical service focused on turning your ideas into clear, buildable designs for homes.
