We would DEFINITELY work with Kokorelia Architects again!!! :) We worked with Kokorelia Architects to finish up the plans and submit them to the council and all through the building project. Alexia and Lida are very approachable, very reasonable and easy to deal with. Sadly we had many problems with the Builders and Kokorelia architects helped us all through this episode which has been quite intense.

Full rebuild of a Victorian mews home, including full front elevation, building an extra floor and all associated planning. Chris from Sand Architects was professional from the start, and brought really innovative ideas to the table. He doesn’t come across as your stereotypical architect, but more like talking with a friend who shares your vision. He then goes away and creates designs that are true to what you want, whilst pushing the boat out in ways you gladly take on board. He prepared plans that went through planning successfully, even with the plans going to committee. He helped me create my vision, whilst offering suggestions to both ease construction and create a home for the rest of my life. Outsourcing the process to him was the best decision I made in this project as he kept on top of it, was great with comms, and kept pushing it through planning which took that headache away from me. Needless to say, I’d recommend their services to anyone. Especially if you’re looking for something slightly quirky, but keeping within planning regulations. I was hesitant to hire an architect for this project, but I am very glad I did, and I’m especially happy I hired him.

Armo was prompt and efficient and excellent service, initially I was a bit apprehensive due to the fact he had no reviews, but I had nothing to fear. I was very pleased with the work he had carried out for me, from start to finish 100% I was overally satisfied. His attention to detail in the work and drawings where very good. I had used another person from my builder but he was not up to scratch! Would definitely recommend Armo, he knows his work. Thanks again Mr Tateri

Ground floor rear extension and Loft conversion. First and Second fix works including drainage, structural (block work, wood work and steel work) electrical, plumbing, plastering and tiling. All works completed to a very high standard, we found Arnolda's and his team very helpful, thoughtful and pro-active nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him, we are more than happy with AnA's Construction Developments.

Marius has been doing a great job and put in an extra effort to ensure we were happy with the outcome. I can not recommend Marius highly enough, especially as he managed to fix an issue with the council that we had from someone else drawings. He was patient and very well prepared. Went an extra mile and gave us different ideas/options. He was flexible with timings and most importantly with price. Had by far the best quote and did an exceptional job.

Neno is a very intelligent and likeable character and an equally talented architect. He presented us with an imaginative, ambitious and classy set of ideas / plans. He then delivered all of them promptly and professionally. His approach is very distinctive and this sets him apart from others in his field. He obviously knows his trade inside out and more importantly, puts his heart into his projects. He thinks outside the box, unlike all the other architects we met. I would not hesitate in recommending Neno to anyone who wants to start a building project, big or small. My Highest Recommendation. I am absolutely delighted by the amazing service and professional approach Firas had when taking care of my project. His drawings were exact and completed very quickly enabling us to get the project started immediately. He was always available to speak with and if any changes were required, these were implemented quickly and efficiently. He was also able to assist me with planning consent and building regulations, and when required added additional information to the plans to assist the builders. Firas was calling me to follow up on planning and offering assistance if needed. I was extremely impressed by this level of service at this very reasonable price and will be using him again for any future projects. A very friendly and approachable person with many good ideas in designing your project, i cannot recommend him highly enough. Outstanding!!!
