You NEED Housi on your project, they took the stress out of our renovation!! We would highly recommend! We got in touch with Housi to help with ideas to renovate a new property I was buying. Holly from Housi helped us with architectural and industry advise throughout the process even before starting full design services which helped me understand my budget more and where items from the survey and my design ideas could overlap. As I was trying to limit costs, Housi helped develop a phased approach to the works as well as assessing options to have a self contained rental unit to bring in income to pay for the final works later. Overall, Holly helped us find minimal abortive works whilst trying to maximise value and functionality. As well as design strategy, she helped us submit a licence to alter application as we found out the house was under a covenant agreement, and managed the project through tender also - meeting with builders and getting quotes. Most importantly, she was able to advise us where builders may be overcharging so we could assess the right builders for us. Working with Housi really made a difference to our project by helping us understand the different stages of a renovation. Holly offered so much more advice and reassurance than any previous professionals we had worked with on our last house and even helped us source re-claimed steel as we wanted to be as circular as possible.

We needed a totally new bathroom and Pk did an Absolutely amazing job. From start to finish all in 2 weeks and for a really good price. Great advice on what we thought was good but their advice was better and more practical. Great to have builders with more than experience but an eye for detail aswell. Eralp was very professional; he showed up to our appintments on time and he was very knowledgeable in the options that were available to me. He provided the architectural drawings for the garage conversion and completed and submitted the planning permission to the council on my behalf. We had difficulties from Bexley council and they delayed the approval of my application. Eralp was however very committed and he continued to pursue Bexley Council till they eventually approved my application. The level of dedication and support from Eralp was exceptional. Adam and Carla were exceptional to work with. I had lofty ideas with a not-so lofty budget, and they helped me understand what was achievable, what wasn't and find a middle ground. Their designs were amazing, and were also complimented by the local council for the level of detail and additional work that had gone in to the planning application. Both are extremely professional and I hope to have the opportunity to work with them again in the future.

We would DEFINITELY work with Kokorelia Architects again!!! :) We worked with Kokorelia Architects to finish up the plans and submit them to the council and all through the building project. Alexia and Lida are very approachable, very reasonable and easy to deal with. Sadly we had many problems with the Builders and Kokorelia architects helped us all through this episode which has been quite intense.
