Eralp was very professional; he showed up to our appintments on time and he was very knowledgeable in the options that were available to me. He provided the architectural drawings for the garage conversion and completed and submitted the planning permission to the council on my behalf. We had difficulties from Bexley council and they delayed the approval of my application. Eralp was however very committed and he continued to pursue Bexley Council till they eventually approved my application. The level of dedication and support from Eralp was exceptional. Majid has been great in producing drawings for our rear extension. He's also helped explain the whole build process to us from design, building inspection, and building. We received our drawings in under 10 days from the initial consultation and site visit. Majid was accomodating and was able to visit the site on weekends for the initial consultation. Always a pleasure to deal with and has been easy to reach over the phone or email. Would highly recommend Maji and MYD Studio London to anyone looking for an architect.

Ahmad and the Beam Developers team did an amazing job on my rear extension. We were very particular with our requests and are generally picky people but they were very patient and accommodating to our every request. We were shown the drawings, made adjustments and managed to tailor the project exactly to what we wanted. The finished results were amazing. No big project for us soon but should we plan to do the loft will definitely use Ahmad and his team again.

The service received from Sundeep and DCE global was above what I had expected. Sundeep attended my property late on a Sunday evening at short notice on bank holiday weekend to complete structural survey. A fast turnaround also for receiving the report via e-mail. To note- payment was expected up front- a point I was cautious about with no jobs completed- however I have received the service I had expected along with a basic report on the suitability of structural change I had planned- perhaps this could have been a bit better by being sent as a PDF on headed paper, however it should suffice for the purpose I required it for- along with the fact I have never had this type of work done- so this may be standard practice.

From the very beginning, communication was excellent. He came to visit the site, took the time to discuss the proposed project, and explained the best possible options to suit our needs. Once the drawings were completed, he submitted the planning application to the council on our behalf. Any questions or requests raised by the council were dealt with promptly and professionally, which helped keep the process moving smoothly. Overall, everything went very well from start to finish.
