I hired Mr Simon Javens of JavensDesign and found him to be very professional and able to turn around a difficult planning application accurately and quickly complete with fully CAD design specifications. He is willing to go the extra mile to liaise with third party agencies, be it the Council or previous structural surveyor(s) and architect(s). A very pleasant chap indeed. Veronique was very easy to deal with; she was responsive to all communication; she did extensive research where it was needed; she proposed even more layout options than we required; she submitted all drawings on time, to the schedule and to the brief. My Highest Recommendation. I am absolutely delighted by the amazing service and professional approach Firas had when taking care of my project. His drawings were exact and completed very quickly enabling us to get the project started immediately. He was always available to speak with and if any changes were required, these were implemented quickly and efficiently. He was also able to assist me with planning consent and building regulations, and when required added additional information to the plans to assist the builders. Firas was calling me to follow up on planning and offering assistance if needed. I was extremely impressed by this level of service at this very reasonable price and will be using him again for any future projects. A very friendly and approachable person with many good ideas in designing your project, i cannot recommend him highly enough. Outstanding!!!

Amol is a really nice guy. The brief I gave him was pretty specific so we didn't get the chance to see much in the way of his design flair but the drawings were all of excellent quality. After an initial issue with applying for the wrong type of planning permission Amol more than redeemed himself by talking the planners around after they initially turned down my application. Aftercare has also been excellent...we needed to contact him again after a year to get some structural calculations which he supplied quickly and without fuss.
