Gerrard is a highly professional local Architect we engaged to draw up plans and manage the Planning Permission submission and process for our proposed small front extension. He always demonstrated a high affinity for the accuracy of the detail, and made several imaginative and valued suggestions. His communications were always very clear and precise, he was punctual, and whenever he stated he would do something, this was carried out true to his word. Overall the quality of the work and the service received was excellent, the price was very competitive, and I have no hesitation in recommending Gerrard to others.
