My Highest Recommendation. I am absolutely delighted by the amazing service and professional approach Firas had when taking care of my project. His drawings were exact and completed very quickly enabling us to get the project started immediately. He was always available to speak with and if any changes were required, these were implemented quickly and efficiently. He was also able to assist me with planning consent and building regulations, and when required added additional information to the plans to assist the builders. Firas was calling me to follow up on planning and offering assistance if needed. I was extremely impressed by this level of service at this very reasonable price and will be using him again for any future projects. A very friendly and approachable person with many good ideas in designing your project, i cannot recommend him highly enough. Outstanding!!!

Anyone taking on building works for the first time know how scary the ordeal can be especially at the early stages. I would compare it to buying my first property in many regards. Satha was hugely helpful, professional is not kind enough. He clarified the cost of the process in a free initial consultation. Furthermore he clarified any extra cost involved before I committed and really helped me during a stressful investment into my home. His advice, site visit and continuous care helped my family a lot. He really broke down any communication with the local authority and building control in simple terms in a timely manner. Furthermore because of my situation, he takes extra care in giving instructions to my builders when I am confused by their suggestions. My loft conversion and structural internal alterations is going smoothly it would not have been possible without his support. At the price he offered, I am happy to say his services were a bargain and if I were to ever take on any planning or structural work again he would be my first call.

Armo was prompt and efficient and excellent service, initially I was a bit apprehensive due to the fact he had no reviews, but I had nothing to fear. Amol is a really nice guy. The brief I gave him was pretty specific so we didn't get the chance to see much in the way of his design flair but the drawings were all of excellent quality. After an initial issue with applying for the wrong type of planning permission Amol more than redeemed himself by talking the planners around after they initially turned down my application. Aftercare has also been excellent...we needed to contact him again after a year to get some structural calculations which he supplied quickly and without fuss.
