I have been running my own design practice for the last 15 years and prior to that I worked for small and large architecture and interior design practices for 10+ years on commercial and residential projects. Running my own practice my work is a combination of residential - new build (we built our own house) and extensions - as well as commercial design work such as retail, hospitality and workplace. I am currently working on the planning permission for a new build in Blackheath, London and have recently had planning approval for an extension and loft conversion for a property in Twickenham, London.. On the commercial side most recently I designed the 3d branded environment for hot chocolate brand Knoops and designed and project managed their first 16 stores. I also designed the offices for Housesimple (rebranded as Strike, now merged with Purplebricks), Nirvana plc and KAP HQ, for which I was shortlisted for an AJ Award. I am an Architect with 7 years of Architectural experience and 3 Years post qualification experience. I have done internal layout modifications with a Structural Engineer on hand. All drawings are completed on Revit (BIM Level 1/2) benefit of this will be an additional sell on fee when selling the property. I provide building measured survey to build up the model. However we do offer a more precise and detailed survey which is beneficial if there are future works or planning or even to calculate energy efficiency. I have worked on new build for garage infills, where clients wants to sell off the plot of land with planning. Interior design with Materiality.
