I'm a designer and property developer by trade, bringing old disused houses back to life is my main goal. I have a portfolio of rental properties that have been fully refurbished by myself, from the initial rip out of the existing building fabric, to assisting electricians with re-wires, building partition walls, installing windows, installing new floors, plasterboarding walls and ceilings, painting and decorating, installing kitchens and bathrooms.
