He supplied us with invaluable knowledge by advising us on what would be the best plan of action to utilise the space for our proposed project. In the end the advice he provided was what we went with and we couldn't be any happier! He was available anytime we requested and was able to supply us with the support with quick and efficient turn around times. I could rely on him to attend to our needs any time we required. We suffered a set back due to thames water drainage problems and Ebenezer was on call to support us within hours of us hearing the news and was able to supply us with the relevant advice to resolve the issue we had. The service received from Sundeep and DCE global was above what I had expected. Sundeep attended my property late on a Sunday evening at short notice on bank holiday weekend to complete structural survey. A fast turnaround also for receiving the report via e-mail. To note- payment was expected up front- a point I was cautious about with no jobs completed- however I have received the service I had expected along with a basic report on the suitability of structural change I had planned- perhaps this could have been a bit better by being sent as a PDF on headed paper, however it should suffice for the purpose I required it for- along with the fact I have never had this type of work done- so this may be standard practice.
