He then delivered all of them promptly and professionally. His approach is very distinctive and this sets him apart from others in his field. He obviously knows his trade inside out and more importantly, puts his heart into his projects. He thinks outside the box, unlike all the other architects we met. I would not hesitate in recommending Neno to anyone who wants to start a building project, big or small. Armo was prompt and efficient and excellent service, initially I was a bit apprehensive due to the fact he had no reviews, but I had nothing to fear. I was very pleased with the work he had carried out for me, from start to finish 100% I was overally satisfied. His attention to detail in the work and drawings where very good. Gordon is a very nice chap and was one of the only architects we spoke to that encouraged us to go for planning permission on a two story project where others told us it would not be possible. Planning was granted and we have Gordon in large part to thank. He also came up with a great suggestion which we had not considered to add a window to the side of our extension to avoid it feeling 'like a box', which we did, and with the project now completed we are very pleased we decided to do so. This was our first building project, and Gordon provided us with some useful advice on finding the right builder too. The only negative experience we had was some measurements were initially incorrect, which led to some stress later on with the structural engineer which could have been avoided. Gordon did however come to the property fairly promptly to re-measure. Overall it was a positive experience and we would consider using Gordon and his team again. Thank you Gordon and Robert.

I have my rear house extension completed and a brand new kitchen installed by this firm. The project went brilliantly from start to finish despite the bad weather. The workers always turn up on time, rain or shine. Mr Ram and his team were pleasant to work with and they were always willing to listen to suggestions for improvement. Anyone taking on building works for the first time know how scary the ordeal can be especially at the early stages. I would compare it to buying my first property in many regards. Satha was hugely helpful, professional is not kind enough. He clarified the cost of the process in a free initial consultation. Furthermore he clarified any extra cost involved before I committed and really helped me during a stressful investment into my home. His advice, site visit and continuous care helped my family a lot. He really broke down any communication with the local authority and building control in simple terms in a timely manner. Furthermore because of my situation, he takes extra care in giving instructions to my builders when I am confused by their suggestions. My loft conversion and structural internal alterations is going smoothly it would not have been possible without his support. At the price he offered, I am happy to say his services were a bargain and if I were to ever take on any planning or structural work again he would be my first call.
