We would DEFINITELY work with Kokorelia Architects again!!! :) We worked with Kokorelia Architects to finish up the plans and submit them to the council and all through the building project. Alexia and Lida are very approachable, very reasonable and easy to deal with. Sadly we had many problems with the Builders and Kokorelia architects helped us all through this episode which has been quite intense.

It was a very difficult site with 11 party wall issues, a dangerous structure fronting a public highway. The whole process was dealt with very professionally and successfully. Anyone taking on building works for the first time know how scary the ordeal can be especially at the early stages. I would compare it to buying my first property in many regards. Satha was hugely helpful, professional is not kind enough. He clarified the cost of the process in a free initial consultation. Furthermore he clarified any extra cost involved before I committed and really helped me during a stressful investment into my home. His advice, site visit and continuous care helped my family a lot. He really broke down any communication with the local authority and building control in simple terms in a timely manner. Furthermore because of my situation, he takes extra care in giving instructions to my builders when I am confused by their suggestions. My loft conversion and structural internal alterations is going smoothly it would not have been possible without his support. At the price he offered, I am happy to say his services were a bargain and if I were to ever take on any planning or structural work again he would be my first call.
