Eralp was very professional; he showed up to our appintments on time and he was very knowledgeable in the options that were available to me. He provided the architectural drawings for the garage conversion and completed and submitted the planning permission to the council on my behalf. We had difficulties from Bexley council and they delayed the approval of my application. Eralp was however very committed and he continued to pursue Bexley Council till they eventually approved my application. The level of dedication and support from Eralp was exceptional. From the initial meeting to date, Syed has been absolutely fantastic and a consummate professional throughout our interaction. Very clear communication on options and choices. A good listener who filled us with confidence. During the design phase, we made a number of changes and Syed remained engaged, offering a number of solutions. This was key to building trust. We ordered a sizeable kitchen and the build quality was way better than a well known retail brand. Syed was onsite to oversee the delivery, check all the items and instruct the fitters accordingly. Brilliant service! Syed has been very accessible, answering the phone or calling back very soon after. So impressed that we commissioned Syed to carry out some additional work in the house. He supplied us with invaluable knowledge by advising us on what would be the best plan of action to utilise the space for our proposed project. In the end the advice he provided was what we went with and we couldn't be any happier! He was available anytime we requested and was able to supply us with the support with quick and efficient turn around times. I could rely on him to attend to our needs any time we required. We suffered a set back due to thames water drainage problems and Ebenezer was on call to support us within hours of us hearing the news and was able to supply us with the relevant advice to resolve the issue we had. With his support we was able to get the project up and running quicker than we anticipated so thank you again Ebenezer!
