I am a conscientious consultant with 10+ years experience in architecture, design, planning consultancy with a massive CV of approved applications ranging from householder extensions and loft conversions, through to multi-unit new build sites. I can produce the architectural requirements and planning consultancy side (statement drafting, application submissions) in-house meaning an economy of scale as outside 3rd parties aren't required. please do not list me if you can not do it on the weekend, I am not an architect, if you need architects to get involved so the job is not for me, I am here to help with your plan, drawing, and 3d visualization, my available time to visit the site will be evening during the week, all day on Saturday, Sunday. I supply drawing, and visualization services, such as kitchen design, bathroom design, other Interior design, etc. The drawing and 3d will be done in SketchUp.
