My name is Alex Carr and I am a self-employed Architectural Technician under the trading name AC Design. I have been working in and around Hampshire for the last 2 years with a further 9 years experience working for an Architectural Practice in Fair Oak. I have competed a variety of sites around the Hampshire area from new build houses to conversions of flats and everything in between.

Although not ARB registered and therefore under law I cannot call myself an Architect, my degrees have affiliation to RIBA and CIOB. I also have professional indemnity for my work. I offer a complete end to end service, including the initial design feasibility ideas, to gaining planning & statutory approvals and if required procuring the build and managing the build on site,. I work with private individuals as well as construction companies. Architectural Designer and Technician, working within design consultancy and building/construction technology for over 5 years since graduating Bachelor of Architecture (RIBA/ARB Part 1) and Master of Architecture (RIBA/ARB Part 2) gaining the RIBA Wessex Award for design, innovation and overall concept at final Masters degree submission.
