With a plan in mind, we approached RNB in the early part of 2022 before we decided to make the decision to sell and move. Tom guided us through the stages involved and designed initial plans to submit to the local authority for planning permission. Once we gained planning approval, Tom then worked on the more detailed, full structural plan pack. It's been a very smooth process so far and we are looking forward to hopefully continuing our journey with the construction side of RNB. Tom has provided a very professional service with good support and recommendations; we wouldn't hesitate to recommend his work.

Neno is a very intelligent and likeable character and an equally talented architect. He presented us with an imaginative, ambitious and classy set of ideas / plans. He then delivered all of them promptly and professionally. His approach is very distinctive and this sets him apart from others in his field. He obviously knows his trade inside out and more importantly, puts his heart into his projects. He thinks outside the box, unlike all the other architects we met. I would not hesitate in recommending Neno to anyone who wants to start a building project, big or small. Eralp was very professional; he showed up to our appintments on time and he was very knowledgeable in the options that were available to me. He provided the architectural drawings for the garage conversion and completed and submitted the planning permission to the council on my behalf. We had difficulties from Bexley council and they delayed the approval of my application. Eralp was however very committed and he continued to pursue Bexley Council till they eventually approved my application. The level of dedication and support from Eralp was exceptional. The service received from Sundeep and DCE global was above what I had expected. Sundeep attended my property late on a Sunday evening at short notice on bank holiday weekend to complete structural survey. A fast turnaround also for receiving the report via e-mail. To note- payment was expected up front- a point I was cautious about with no jobs completed- however I have received the service I had expected along with a basic report on the suitability of structural change I had planned- perhaps this could have been a bit better by being sent as a PDF on headed paper, however it should suffice for the purpose I required it for- along with the fact I have never had this type of work done- so this may be standard practice.
