Based on architect recommendation, we contracted Alain on a private basis to produce structural engineering designs for our home renovation. He undertook a site visit and then produced structural designs to support a large number of elements related to new support beams, lintels etc. These have been iterated with the architect and the process has been very smooth. He was very responsive and nice to interact with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend as a structural engineer for the type of project we undertook (loft conversion, new pitched roof, new openings within walls and ground floor open plan conversion)

The project was to build a spare bedroom with en suite toilet over an existing flat roof of the kitchen extension. Madalina is very conscientious hard working individual who pays careful attention to the client's requirements. She certainly pays attention to the budget requirements, she was very flexible in drafting her plans to accommodate my revised plans, apart for being knowledgeable about building requirements has a certain eye for aesthetic appeal - an eye for details. Contracted to provide options for a new garage office and storage solution. They turned up promptly and were very polite and professional. Through many discussions they ultimately offered up a very good bespoke solution for our situation and once planning is approved we will have no issue with looking to them to complete the actual build. We have had a lot of issues in the past finding reliable trades but with ArhiTERRA design and build we felt confident in their ability to both visualise and implement the build as well as follow through on their promises. I would say that for anyone considering discussing a project with them that it is worth your time to at least have a meeting with them and judge for yourself.

Great workman, polite, considerate & hard working. Greenhouse took 3 days (Fri-Sun) to complete as he was working alone. He worked from morning until it was dark on each day & I can’t fault his workmanship. He even offered to return to fit additional shelves I had ordered as more suitable fittings were required & needed to be ordered.

We employed Harisson and his team to design and build a feature wall in our bedroom and create a hidden door. The space itself was difficult as it was in the eaves of the house with an angled ceiling. From the outset Harisson was brilliant, working with us to understand our requirements and developing this into a graphical design. Viewing the wall on the graphics software really helped in understanding what it would look like and enabled us to make changes to get it perfect. Once again Harisson was brilliant in giving and taking ideas so that we arrived at the right design. Once we had chosen the paint colour Harisson was able to replicate it exactly and apply a spray paint to a perfect finish. The construction of the wall was exactly as per plan. Harisson has a great eye for detail and is very particular about ensuring that the finished look is of very high quality. His team were very polite and hard working, they also have Harisson’s eye for detail and produced an excellent quality of finish. Overall I’d say that Harisson and his team are brilliant and I’d absolutely recommend him to everyone.
