Get in touchWe had a very poor experience using Ross. Similar to what other people have experienced, once money was handed over we had months of not hearing from him and repeated excuses and lies when we tried to chase things up. We were having to check everything directly with the local planning office due to the lies he was telling. This is the worst experience we have ever had with a tradesman. We started our planning and building warrant application with him in 2019 and did not receive our building warrant until June 2022. We did receive the warrant in the end but it was an awful experience and months of stress and worry. This application should have been straightforward for somebody claiming to have the skills, knowledge and experience he claims he has.
