We gave him quite a tricky job to try and make the most of a pretty tight space for a new bathroom, and Richard has been fantastic in coming up with a range of innovative solutions. He really knows his stuff, is very professional and easy to work with, and does exactly what he says he will and more, and all done very quickly and to a high standard. Younger brother Anti was a professional and I would hire again but beware of the elder sibling as his workmanship his poor, here is a list:- 1) the cupboard fitted under the stairs was misaligned and the hinges are loose. Paint job was poorly finished too. 2) cupboard fitted across the boiler was all bent. Anti came and fixed it. 3) varnish across door and skirting boards were done once and therefore have an uneven spread 4) the floorboards did not have enough glue placed in certain areas so it creaks 5) grout in some time are missing 6) really poor sealant work on the bathroom 7) broke my £2000 TV and then hid the evidence. I only found out after placing the furniture back in its place. In contrast Anti did a good job in fitting the radiator. If you can Illicit promises of Anti only completing the job without the older the brother then go for it or else give them a wide berth.

The service received from Sundeep and DCE global was above what I had expected. Sundeep attended my property late on a Sunday evening at short notice on bank holiday weekend to complete structural survey. A fast turnaround also for receiving the report via e-mail. To note- payment was expected up front- a point I was cautious about with no jobs completed- however I have received the service I had expected along with a basic report on the suitability of structural change I had planned- perhaps this could have been a bit better by being sent as a PDF on headed paper, however it should suffice for the purpose I required it for- along with the fact I have never had this type of work done- so this may be standard practice.

Gordon is a very nice chap and was one of the only architects we spoke to that encouraged us to go for planning permission on a two story project where others told us it would not be possible. Planning was granted and we have Gordon in large part to thank. He also came up with a great suggestion which we had not considered to add a window to the side of our extension to avoid it feeling 'like a box', which we did, and with the project now completed we are very pleased we decided to do so. This was our first building project, and Gordon provided us with some useful advice on finding the right builder too. The only negative experience we had was some measurements were initially incorrect, which led to some stress later on with the structural engineer which could have been avoided. Gordon did however come to the property fairly promptly to re-measure. Overall it was a positive experience and we would consider using Gordon and his team again. Thank you Gordon and Robert.
