Ebenezer helped us get the project started by drafting the initial drawings. He supplied us with invaluable knowledge by advising us on what would be the best plan of action to utilise the space for our proposed project. In the end the advice he provided was what we went with and we couldn't be any happier! He was available anytime we requested and was able to supply us with the support with quick and efficient turn around times. I could rely on him to attend to our needs any time we required. We suffered a set back due to thames water drainage problems and Ebenezer was on call to support us within hours of us hearing the news and was able to supply us with the relevant advice to resolve the issue we had. With his support we was able to get the project up and running quicker than we anticipated so thank you again Ebenezer!

Rustem has good understanding of his work and provides detailed explanations. We had a good experience in the initial phase but after that his response time got poor. Many times, questions and calls were unanswered for a long time and had to be chased quite a few times.

Mark gave us some really sound, in depth advice about the sort of ballpark costs we would be looking at, and the sort of duration we'd expect for our proposed build. He had some fantastic ideas to take us beyond what we'd originally had in mind, and his experience and professionalism shone through in these ideas. In the event, for a number of reasons, we have decided to park our plans for our kitchen remodelling for now, but we look forward to working with Mark in the future. His work speaks for itself... Enclosure Architects do some beautiful, inspiring work, and Mark is a very nice guy.

Eralp was very professional; he showed up to our appintments on time and he was very knowledgeable in the options that were available to me. He provided the architectural drawings for the garage conversion and completed and submitted the planning permission to the council on my behalf. We had difficulties from Bexley council and they delayed the approval of my application. Eralp was however very committed and he continued to pursue Bexley Council till they eventually approved my application. The level of dedication and support from Eralp was exceptional. Marius has been doing a great job and put in an extra effort to ensure we were happy with the outcome. I can not recommend Marius highly enough, especially as he managed to fix an issue with the council that we had from someone else drawings. He was patient and very well prepared. Went an extra mile and gave us different ideas/options. He was flexible with timings and most importantly with price. Had by far the best quote and did an exceptional job.

My Highest Recommendation. I am absolutely delighted by the amazing service and professional approach Firas had when taking care of my project. His drawings were exact and completed very quickly enabling us to get the project started immediately. He was always available to speak with and if any changes were required, these were implemented quickly and efficiently. He was also able to assist me with planning consent and building regulations, and when required added additional information to the plans to assist the builders. Firas was calling me to follow up on planning and offering assistance if needed. I was extremely impressed by this level of service at this very reasonable price and will be using him again for any future projects. A very friendly and approachable person with many good ideas in designing your project, i cannot recommend him highly enough. Outstanding!!!

Has been helpful since the first consultation. Came round to do a quick site survey and chat over ideas etc. Measured up promptly and received the first drawing draft within a week. Have had to make a few alterations to drawings and he has been happy to do so. Has answered the phone when called and always helped even with little questions i have had. Has walked me through some parts of the planning that i did not understand and explained in good lay mans terms. Overall happy doing business with him, and will keep his number and company for future ventures.

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Colin came up with 3 different designs for turning my (tiny) kitchen and dining room into one, despite there not being much room for manoeuvre. His recommendations and the rationale for them were very helpful, but he was also happy to work with my preferences. He clearly explained the process, helped find builders to shortlist, helped with the process and had a clear timetable to inspect and sign off works. He was also very quick to get back to me to help with any issues as the project progressed, even though my project was relatively tiny. And total transparency about costs from the start; what M&I quoted was exactly what I paid, despite the amount of hand-holding they did. I’d recommend Colin wholeheartedly.

After a long selection process, we decided on Muhammad Ansari of Panoramic Homes, and now the project has been completed, we ( as a family ), are happy and pleased we made the right choice. Trust, workmanship, good solid project management, and friendly reliable builders were all attributes we were looking for. All their references checked out, and came highly recommended ( which was important for me ), as I know I wouldn't be on site everyday. Our project was a rear extension, plus garden overhaul, plus a new drive, and a new front porch. Mo and Tonys team really did an excellent job and I we can't stop praising them to our friends and families . While the project was during the start of the pandemic, and continued throughout 2020, The team respected all the rules of engagement with the build, and my family during this difficult period. Which we very much appreciated ( especially the children ). So if your looking for a good solid managed project, with good pricing and good workmanship, and trusted and tidy builders, then I'm happy to recommend Panoramic Homes.
